“Love the signature feature”
Pros
The best part is the signature feature especially being able to add a corporate logo and use button-style social media links instead of those plain, unattractive URLs. It also lets me schedule emails ahead of time and track when messages are opened, who opened them and which links were clicked.
Cons
The email open tracking and link click tracking come at a high price. It's definitely costlier than using a typical autoresponder.

“Packed with productivity tools”
Pros
Right away, it feels packed with thoughtful productivity tools, a send delay in case you need to stop a message, alerts when you forget an attachment and a handy menu bar dropdown with an email summary. It blends smoothly with Apple Mail, new features keep arriving regularly and the development team is open-minded and actually listens to user suggestions. Customer support is also incredibly fast, capable and helpful, plus there's plenty more to appreciate.
Cons
Honestly, it's less about Mailbutler lacking features and more about me probably not using everything it can do yet. I'm still discovering parts of its full potential and that's actually something I enjoy because it keeps revealing new ways to become even more productive.
