“Must-have for Apple mail”
Pros
A really valuable add-on for Apple Mail especially since the app is pretty limited on its own.
Cons
It definitely improves Apple Mail and makes it more usable. It's still not my preferred email client but if you rely on Apple Mail, this extension feels essential.

“It stopped doing its job”
Pros
It worked in the past but that's really the key point here, it used to function.
Cons
The biggest problem is that it simply can't do what it's supposed to do.

“Tracking feature stands out”
Pros
One of the best parts for me is the tracking feature. It keeps tabs on emails and the links inside them so I can tell exactly when an email was first opened and whether a link was clicked.
Cons
undo-send option is available but it didn't always work properly for me. That said, support responded quickly and was very helpful.

“Useful notifications”
Pros
Getting notified when someone opens my email is incredibly useful because it helps me follow up at the right time. For example, when I sent out a proposal, I could see it had been read right away which made my next step much more timely.
Cons
Tracking feature is really valuable but it's locked behind the paid plan so it may not be affordable for everyone.

“awesome mailbox tool”
Pros
It felt very natural because it works much like a standard mailbox tool, just with stronger added features. New users can pick it up quickly and the learning curve stays low because the workflow is user-friendly. It also works consistently across different operating systems which made it practical for supporting all kinds of users across our organization. The note-taking and note-tracking features were especially useful for our teams. Before using it some of our sales agents were far less confident about whether their emails had actually been delivered and opened and Mailbutler clearly improved that confidence once we introduced it.
Cons
There are still some gaps depending on the market or mailbox provider especially on the data and tracking side as well as a few other features. Since we work across multiple markets, that limitation meant we only chose to use Mailbutler in a couple of them out of all 16, mainly where we saw the strongest interaction levels and the most reliable performance.

“Reliable tracking for follow-ups”
Pros
Email tracking is the biggest reason I rely on this software. Being able to see exactly when someone opens an email helps me choose the right moment to follow up. It has also been useful in situations with dishonest recipients who claim they never got my message and try to suggest I failed to send it.
Cons
iOS version doesn't support tracking which is actually the main reason I bought Mailbutler in the first place. When I need that feature, I have to wait until I'm back at my desktop to send an email I wrote on my phone and saved as a draft and that's really inefficient. I run a very small business by myself so the software feels expensive especially since about half of my emails are written on my phone. I subscribed right after the lifetime plan was discontinued and I've been asking Mailbutler to bring that option back.

“Constant updates”
Pros
I've been using this software for several years now and they keep rolling out new features from time to time. The email tracking is very detailed and I'm very happy with the product overall.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any downsides. I use it with Apple Mail and it works well.

“Ability to save notes”
Pros
Keeping tabs on emails and link clicks is really simple with it and it also makes follow-ups much simpler when someone hasn't replied. Being able to save notes from conversations in one place is very useful when I need to look back later. The contact feature also does a nice job of showing the history of communication and how people have interacted with my emails. One thing I'd love to see is that feature included in the lower-priced plans. I've also appreciated the improvements added over time since I started using it and the product continues to get better.
Cons
The one feature I still feel is lacking is a dashboard for tracking open rates or some kind of template analysis that would help show which messaging performs better than others.

“Smart scheduling and tracking”
Pros
Being able to track emails and schedule them has been really useful. I often write a lot of messages late at night but I don't want them going out at that hour. With recipient time suggestions, I can schedule emails to arrive when people are most likely to be active and I can also see when they open the email and click any links I've included.
Cons
Signature feature is limited since I use a custom HTML signature and that isn't supported. Looking at the features and ideas board, it seems this used to be available but was removed for some reason. It also feels a bit pricey for what's included although there really aren't many other alternatives offering the same kind of functionality.

“Impressive features”
Pros
After spending quite a bit of time with it, I'm still really impressed by how many useful features it packs in. It has noticeably improved the way I handle email, letting me take action right from my inbox and setting reminders for messages I don't want to miss. The interface is clear, user-friendly and simple to get around. I'd absolutely recommend Mailbutler.io to anyone who wants better control over their email management.

The contact management side could use some improvement.

“Essential add-on for handling emails”
Pros
This tool feels like an essential add-on for handling emails. With just one click, it gives a flawless view of email tracking. It's simple to use and comes with plenty of features that really matter.
Cons
A French-language version would be a very welcome addition. Integration with Microsoft Outlook could also be improved. It would also be appreciated if the Business plan were offered at a more affordable price for non-profit organizations.

“A polished boost for Apple Mail”
Pros
It adds both visual polish and practical features to Apple Mail which is already solid underneath but has definitely fallen behind some of the more forward-thinking alternatives.

“Handy email templates”
Pros
The signature options and email templates have been really useful. I also rely on the email tracking because I need to know my messages are actually reaching the people I send them to. In the past, emails would sometimes get lost or land in junk folders so it matters to me to have confirmation that a client has seen my reply.
Cons
With the version I use, I still can't tell exactly which person opened an email when it's sent to several recipients. That being said, the mobile app does give me a little more detailed information.
