“Tried several and this one's the cleanest

Pros

I really liked that it could handle multiple email accounts and you could open one email from a batch ready to delete to check the contents. Plus you can undelete emails if necessary. Also I appreciate that they offer an affiliate program.

Cons

Sometimes it felt a bit cumbersome and I was not able to combine all my mailboxes into one big batch for mass deletion.

“A lifesaver for dealing with my inbox flood

Pros

It helps me clean up over 200 emails a day in just moments which is something I love.

Cons

While I understand that not everything can be free, I use a lot of email addresses as almost every part of my life is linked to an email. And with the current plan I can only add a few of my emails. These are all my personal addresses so I would love to clean them all but the plan limits me.

Pros

Maelstrom is an amazing tool for someone like me who relies heavily on emails for everything. Also the lack of AI features is a bit of a downside though. However the short free trial lets you get a good idea of what the tool can do.

Cons

The AI filtering in it is unreliable which often causes issues for me as it results in emails being incorrectly categorized or even blocked.

“Perfect for managing a high volume of emails

Pros

Signing up and using Mailstrom was really easy. Plus I managed to remove thousands of unnecessary emails with it all while using the free version.

Cons

The free trial is very limited. So as a small business owner it is a bit too expensive for me. However for larger companies, it is quite affordable.

“The easiest way to organize your crowded inbox

Pros

Mailstrom gives me control over my email, letting me decide which companies I want to receive emails from. Also it shows me the problems in my inbox and gives me the options to fix them.

Cons

Well I feel like it would be really useful if there were an unsubscribe button to remove unwanted emails.

It is just a simple yet thorough method for mass deleting emails without making the extra effort. Overall we love it as it works the best for us.

Cons

The lack of a mobile app is a major downside. And I think if they want, it would be an easy feature to add.

Mailstrom is quick to identify where I might be behind in responding to emails about projects or specific people.

Cons

Since the new security protocols Oauth it no longer works with my Outlook account which means it is no longer useful for half of my inbound emails.

I love how I can group emails in different ways which makes it much easier to adjust my workflow.

The lack of AI features especially to help file emails correctly is the only con I have noticed so far.

It gives me great flexibility and control by highlighting the problems in my inbox.

It at times crashes and also I find it a bit on the expensive side.

All of its features are amazing. However the most favourite of mine is the ability to manage emails based on the subject line.

“Works great but it's not free

Pros

Mailstrom made short work of clearing and sorting my Gmail but I think I waited too long to try such a great product. I had over 150,000 unread emails to process. And to fully experience what Mailstrom can offer I would need to sign up for the $59.95/year account. Plus I especially loved the Unsubscribe feature which alone saved me a lot of time and effort.

Cons

The free trial only lets you sort the latest 5000 emails and you only have 3 days to do so. I think the trial should be extended to one week and allow sorting up to 25,000 emails to give users a better idea of what the product can do. Also if a second extended trial was available, I would love to try it again.

“My inbox is finally under control

Pros

It helps me clean my inbox in ways that Gmail just cannot.

Cons

I would say the cost might put you off a bit but if you rely on email a lot, it can really be a lifesaver.
