Pros

One of the most useful parts of the software is its Chrome plugin for understanding a person's profile. I've been using it for quite some time and it really helps me get a better sense of someone's personality before sending a cold message. It also gives useful suggestions on how to approach the person and points out what to avoid when reaching out.

Cons

I don't really have any major complaints. If anything, it would be even more helpful if they added a feature to quickly validate an outgoing message against the prospect's profile.
