Autosave saves me every time

Pros

I love how I can open my stuff from anywhere and everything gets saved right into OneDrive. Super handy when I'm jumping between devices.

Cons

I've noticed that syncing Apple documents with Microsoft 365 doesn't work as smoothly as I'd like. It's not a huge deal but I just prefer how iCloud handles my files. It feels more seamless and dependable for me, especially across my Apple devices.

I love it!

Pros

This suite seriously has everything I need. It's a subscription, yeah, but honestly it's worth every penny.

Cons

I have never been a fan of subscription-based platforms and that still holds true here. I miss the days when you could just buy the software once and that was it, no monthly or yearly payments. The constant renewing gets a bit tiring.

Big fan of microsoft 365

Pros

What I really like is that all the main software I use daily is right there in Microsoft 365. It makes life easier.

Cons

Honestly I've had a pretty smooth experience with Microsoft 365. I can't think of any problems I've run into. It's just been working great for me so far!

Can't run a business without this

Pros

It's easy to use and has that clean, standard look but I can still tweak things to suit how I work.

Cons

One thing that does bug me is that it can crash pretty often. It's not every single day but when it happens, it can be really frustrating especially if I'm in the middle of something important.

Highly recommend this, super useful

Pros

I've been using for a while now and honestly, it still has that familiar Microsoft Office feel I've always liked but it's way better now. It's like they kept everything that worked in the classic version and just made it smoother, faster and way more useful.

Cons

I don't really like being forced into a monthly subscription just to use the tools I used to be able to buy once and own forever. It feels like I'm renting software now instead of actually owning it, which kind of sucks.

Best all-in-one office tool

Pros

I can switch between apps like Word, Excel and Teams without any problem. Everything just flows.

Cons

I use this product every day and to be honest, I don't have a single complaint. It just does what I need it to do and it's super reliable.

Pretty happy with this one

Pros

Having this on all my devices is such a win. I can work on something from my laptop, then continue on my phone without missing a beat.

Cons

The yearly subscription is kind of steep and that sometimes makes me second-guess renewing it. It's a great tool, no doubt but the cost can be a bit much when you're trying to budget.

Makes work a whole lot easier

Pros

I really like how everything I use for work is in one spot. No need to bounce around, it's all easy to get to.

Cons

There are so many features and apps included that sometimes I feel overwhelmed. It's like I'm barely scratching the surface and I'm probably not using it to its full potential just because I don't fully understand everything it can do.

I enjoy using microsoft 36

Pros

I like everything about it honestly. Having all the tools together and being able to hook Outlook up with the stuff we use daily is super convenient.

Cons

One little thing that bugs me is switching between my work and personal accounts. Instead of being able to just flip between them easily, I usually have to sign out of one to access the other which gets annoying when I'm trying to multitask.

Love how user-friendly it is

Pros

It's super easy to use and I really appreciate that I can pay monthly if I'm on a tight budget. I've had my subscription for a year now and still love it!

Cons

The only real issue I've had was needing to contact Microsoft support to get one of their apps added to my 365 account, it wasn't available when I needed it. But once that was sorted, everything else has been fantastic. I really enjoy using the program overall.

What I exactly need

Pros

I appericiate that I can connect my email, chats, Excel and Word all in one place. Now I'm excited to try out CoPilot too!

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything bad to say. It's worked really well for me and I've been able to get all my work done without any problems.

Avg for me

Pros

It's solid for work stuff and really comes through when I'm writing or putting together a PowerPoint. I like how powerful it feels.

Cons

It feels like there's an update every time I open it. Also, for the lower-tier plans, the storage is still pretty generous but I do think the pricing is on the higher side compared to other options out there.

Never lets me down

Pros

It is popular for a reason, it's super easy to use and always works like it should.

Cons

Sometimes the pricing is all over the place depending on the bundle or deal going on, the cost can change. And if you're just buying it on its own without any discount, it can be a bit expensive.

User friendly app

Pros

It has honestly been a lifesaver for admin stuff. I can jump between Word, Excel and Outlook easily and it saves me tons of time. OneDrive makes sure I can get my files anywhere and working with others in Teams is smooth because we don't deal with file versions anymore. The mobile app's pretty solid too.

Cons

The cost of the subscription can definitely stack up, especially for small teams trying to keep things affordable. Alsonevery now and then, there's a bit of a lag when syncing files between the desktop app and the cloud which can throw things off a bit.

All in one solution

Pros

I like that everything we need is packed into one piece of software. It's all right there, no need to get anything extra.

Cons

One small downside for me is that adding extra software to the plan usually comes with an extra charge. It would've been great if more of those tools were already included from the start, just to make things a bit simpler and more cost-effective.
