“Go-to Microsoft classic”
Pros
I've been using Excel for a long time and it's definitely a classic tool. It's packed with tips and tricks that you can really get the hang of if you take some time to explore it.
Cons
Like with many Microsoft products, I wish there wasn't a subscription model. One-time payments make a lot more sense to me.

“My fav tool!”
Pros
I love how It makes tracking and analyzing data so easy. The customization options and formulas save me so much time when working with large data sets.
Cons
It has a ton of formulas and features but it can be tricky to figure out which ones to use. It's improved a lot with CoPilot and help features but it still feels like it could be a bit more streamlined and easier to use.

“Ideal for experts, not beginners”
Pros
It has so many features that help with organizing, analyzing, visualizing and automating data. If you want to dive deep into data and turn massive data sets into insights, it's got everything you need.
Cons
It's a pretty complex platform. It can do almost anything you want but it takes some digging to find the right formula or function. It's not exactly user-friendly and it's not always easy to locate the exact formula you need.

“Must-have tool for work”
Pros
Excel is very portable. I can use it anywhere and it's packed with features that make tough tasks much easier.
Cons
I wish there were more guides on the formulas and functionality. There are so many features but sometimes I don't even know they exist because they're not well-known.

“Really excel at their job”
Pros
It's perfect because it can be as simple or as detailed as you want. It's so flexible and there doesn't seem to be a limit to what it can do.
Cons
The built-in search feature is probably the worst for me. It's tough to figure out the exact phrasing for what I'm looking for, so I usually just switch to a web browser for more information.

Pros
It handles complex data especially when it comes to generating reports. It can process large amounts of information in no time, which really speeds up the workflow.
Cons
I have no cons to mention. It can't handle huge amounts of data without getting slow and choppy especially when you're working with complex data modeling.

“Easy for me”
Pros
Even though some of the more advanced features take time to learn, It is easy to use and you pick things up quickly as you go. I mainly use it for data visualization and since most software lets you export to It, it's very easy to import data.
Cons
It's not the easiest if more than one person is working on the same spreadsheet at the same time. Sometimes the data doesn't save correctly.
