“Solid app for growing a network
Pros
Getting started with this app was honestly very easy. I didn't have to deal with any complicated steps or confusing tools, it just made sense right away.
Cons
Some of the features were kinda confusing at first and took me a bit to figure out. But once I got the hang of them, everything was smooth and easy to work with.

Pros
It hits the sweet spot between being easy to use and having powerful features. I love the sleek design, fonts, layout all of it. Setting up a branded community portal took no time. I especially enjoy how simple it is to organize content, lessons and chats.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into anything I'd call a downside. Everything's been working fine for me so far.

“Smart concept that works
Pros
When I first started with this tool, it was perfect for building something like a Facebook group but better. The setup made it easy for folks to jump in and interact with each other and the content.
Cons
They changed how the setup works, now everything's tied to specific rooms or spaces. That really limited how I could engage with everyone and made it harder to promote or convert people into paid members.

“Awesome hub for group discussions
Pros
I really enjoy how it lets me connect with people in my group. Everyone can post, share and comment. It's easy to keep up with new stuff and follow conversations.
Cons
I don't think the interface is user-friendly. I used another app before and it felt easier to get around. This one's okay, just not as interactive for me and I don't use it as much because of that.

“One of my favorite tools ever
Pros
It's awesome. I'm a big fan of the software itself and the MN support team is amazing. Their guides are super helpful. Adding "spaces" really changed the game for how I organize everything. Also I love how supportive the other community hosts are.
Cons
It can be tricky figuring out how to use some of the newer tech features but the host support team is amazing. Anytime I hit a snag, they've helped me out fast and that makes a big difference.

Pros
I like how I can create different communities around the same topic. Being able to ask questions, share files and set up events makes the whole experience way better.
Cons
I was working on an e-learning setup and there are so many features that it's easy to get lost. It would be awesome if it gave you automatic suggestions or ideas based on what you're trying to do.

The mobile-first design is a big win for me. It works great on the app and it's the best tool I've found to organize all my content. I create a lot and the resources MN provides are top-notch, they help make my platform really shine.
Cons
I sometimes forget where to go to change certain settings, it's not the smooth layout. But their support is quick and there's lots of helpful info if you search around.

Pros
It gives me total control to build a community that isn't tied to annoying social media algorithms. I've grown a group with shared values and we're making a real difference together. As a teacher the course tools have been awesome for building hands-on lessons that actually reach people.
Cons
I really like that It connects with Stripe but setting up plans or changing them later can feel a bit awkward. That said, it's improved a lot since I started using it almost two years ago.

I like that you can run multiple communities related or not all from one place.
Cons
It is pricey especially if you're not monetizing your community. The free version is so limited now that it's not even worth it. Plus it's not available in Spanish which is frustrating.

Pros
What I appreciate most is how MNconnects me with others without all the social media distractions. I rarely use Facebook groups and it's frustrating when they're used for learning. It gives me a cleaner, more focused space to run a community.
Cons
I really wish it was easier to manage private group chats. Right now you can't just add someone to an existing message, you have to start a whole new one, which is annoying. It feels clunky especially when you're trying to create group discussions.

Pros
I used to juggle Facebook groups and course platforms separately but now I manage everything in one place with MN. It's easy to use and their support team is amazing. They're constantly offering new tips and the customer service is top-notch.
Cons
It is difficult to use especially for folks coming from Facebook who aren't super into tech. Some left because they found it confusing but I'm getting new members in who seem to be adjusting better.

The features for setting up plans feel kind of limiting. There have been times when I had an idea for pricing or structuring a plan but couldn't do it because of how the system works. Even as someone who's good with tech, it took me a while to figure out all the different containers and how to get back to the main feed. Customizing settings is powerful but it's a lot to handle.

The thing I love most about this software is how much freedom it gives me to build whatever I want. Whether I'm setting up a new space, designing a course or just organizing content everything is very flexible and customizable.
Cons
I had some trouble getting rid of old stuff I didn't need anymore. Deleting info should be more simple.
