“Proactive support prevents issues
Pros
The support team is fantastic as they don't just wait for you to have a problem. They also actively reach out to help optimize things and prevent issues before they happen.
Cons
The documentation could be a bit more detailed, but to be fair, their team was incredibly responsive and quick to jump in and help whenever we ran into any questions or gaps.
