“Perfect email solution for teams
Pros
I can't imagine handling email without this tool anymore, neither can my team. It transforms ordinary email into something actually useful for coordinating with teammates, boosting email efficiency and managing project workflows. I'm on it daily across both my phone and computer and I never bother with raw Gmail anymore since it's missing way too many essential features.
Cons
The sheer number of features can feel overwhelming at first and I've noticed items sometimes find their way back to my inbox even after I've archived them. It definitely requires some effort to get everything under control.

“Organized Inbox, Easy to Use
Pros
I really appreciate how you can copy message links and drop them into chats when referencing conversations. This feature saves me so much time since I don't have to describe emails or forward them for sharing anymore. The commenting and team chat functionality on every email is another standout feature I use regularly. It does an excellent job organizing our inboxes in one central location which has been a game-changer for ensuring we don't miss any emails coming into different mailboxes.
Cons
The main issues we ran into were pretty manageable, either we could tweak things in the settings or I just adapted how I work to fit the platform better.

“Reliable Daily Management Solution
Pros
What I really appreciate is how simple it is to bring someone new into a conversation without having to forward the entire email chain, you can just discuss things right there in the thread. This makes communication so much smoother. Setting up integration with existing mailboxes is simple too. Whether it's SMTP, Gmail or Outlook, you just connect and go. Being able to share mailbox contents with team members from your organization is a huge time saver. It feels like Slack and email had a baby and honestly it's become my go-to tool when I start work each day. I'm already recommending it to other organizations because I genuinely enjoy using it. I would love to say great things about their customer support but we've never actually needed it.
Cons
The con I've noticed are that search results take you to the end of entire threads rather than the specific message you're looking for. Also, it would be helpful if replies automatically came from the same email address the original message was sent to and this would cut down on mistakes. Another thing that would make a difference is being able to set up rules for aliases under the same name across different providers.

“Streamlines teamwork and communication
Pros
Our team really thrives with the shared inboxes and being able to chat directly within email threads. It's become an incredible way for us to collaborate, sharing knowledge between teammates, discussing management decisions about client refunds, setting up reminders. The "Rules" automation system is something we absolutely love too. We're categorizing emails, setting reminders, automating follow-up surveys and so much more. What's great is that team members can build there own automation rules, so I'm constantly discovering new ways our team is solving their own challenges. The calendar integration works really well for us especially being able to create Zoom meetings on-the-fly from within the platform. It keeps everything streamlined and everyone working in the same environment.
Cons
We wish email signatures could automatically change based on the sender's domain and there's a minor UX glitch on Mac where popup windows (like settings) lock out the rest of the interface and you can't drag the main window around. Though this doesn't impact normal email functions.

The way this brings all my communication channels into one smooth interface really stands out to me. Managing emails, chats and tasks from a single dashboard has completely streamlined how I work. Pros
When I first started using this platform, I noticed other platforms had copied the features that drew us in like team chat, tagging and collaborating on email threads. But what makes this platform stand out is how much more powerful and detailed the implementation is. You don't fully understand how flexible it is until you get into automating workflows and setting up rules that's when the true potential shows. The development and support team are amazing. They release updates regularly and each one is carefully thought out. Every time I reach out for support, the response is quick and issues are resolved fast. Sometimes, they even add new features or improve workflows based on customer feedback in the next update.
Cons
Not much to complain about really. It handles our team well and does what we need. I would love to see them expand there AI support features but I'm sure thats in the works.
