“Cannot work without it
Pros
Modernloop has made scheduling a simple task for us. Plus the implementation process was quite easy too and the CSM and the Slack channel were there to support me every step of the way. I use Modernloop every day and being able to set up all the integrations with my ATS to automate interviews during different stages has been amazing.
Cons
The only thing I do not really like is that when I bring someone over from my sourcing tool into Modernloop I have to be extra careful about the email it sends because it can end up sending to any of the emails not just the specific one I want.

“Awesome for scheduling interview
Pros
It has everything I need for my recruitment team and is flexible enough to grow with a start up. It offers plenty of control and allows for complex interview modules to be set up easily. Copying and pasting to other job postings is also not a problem anymore and the implementation and integration are smooth. The customer support is great too and we use it daily across a team of 6 recruiters.
Cons
Well the user interface is not the easiest to get used to. It was a bit hard for me to understand at first and it takes some time to get the hang of. Also I feel like the UI could be better organized and there is a lot of clicking needed for manual emails while there are not enough options to customize automated emails.

“A must-have for scheduling
Pros
Modernloop makes scheduling and managing candidate interviews a lot simpler with its user friendly interface and automation features. Plus it integrates seamlessly with calendars and ATS systems which saves our recruiters plenty of time. Plus the reminders and notifications make sure nothing is missed improving the overall candidate experience.
Cons
Even though it is very efficient, I feel like the customization options for certain workflows could be more flexible.

“Easy to understand and use
Pros
It was so easy to learn and train my team on. The customer support is excellent and the pricing is very reasonable. It is simply amazing to have such a reliable tool. We do a high volume of hiring with just a small team of 3 recruiters and we all handle our own scheduling. We could not do our jobs properly without Modernloop. So far this year we have hired 361 people with our small team and we still have a month to go. I've been really impressed with everyone at Modernloop!
Cons
It is not exactly a dislike but I'll be looking forward to when they can integrate with more ATS systems besides just Greenhouse since we will be switching soon. I know it is on their roadmap though!

“Exactly what TA needs
Pros
What I love about it is that it is not just about scheduling and sending out communications as there are also great tracking features. Such as I can track which interviewers have completed their training, see who still needs to finish it and monitor how many interviews each person has done. I can also limit how many interviews someone can conduct in a day or week. Tracking these key metrics is easy and I am looking forward to the upcoming upgrades that will add even more functionality.
Cons
I have nothing to report so far. Sometimes the system does go down but that happens with any platform!

“Not the right choice for high-volume hiring
Pros
Once we have set up templates, it becomes easy to maintain consistent yet high touch communication with candidates.
Cons
There is no way to handle candidates in bulk. If you are working with high volume communication or hiring, you will end up spending a lot more time like hours even just sending the same email to candidates. It seems a bit odd to me that the platform does not have this feature, as even Gmail would be faster for this.
