Pros

Using MyChat has been a really positive experience for us. One of the biggest reasons is how user-friendly it is... you can install it and start working with it right away and the implementation is just as simple while still offering plenty of features. The customer support team has also been very responsive and they are willing to help with almost anything related to the software. We end up using this software very often in our daily work.

Cons

The part we really don't like is the integration side of things. That area feels quite limited since the software only connects with Telegram.

Pros

Working on a project with both offshore and onshore teammates, I use this chat app a lot to stay connected. Collaborating with colleagues in different countries is very convenient and the encryption makes file transfers feel much more secure. It has been especially useful for sharing data and files with team members safely.

There are occasional delays when sending large amounts of data in bulk. Aside from that, it has been a perfect messenger for our team.

The technical support is also helpful, even when it comes to writing chat text or handling small issues. Implementation is simple, integration is simple, I use it often and the customer support and overall usability have both been very good.

One annoying part is that whenever the app gets an update, it stops working until the Android application is updated. If you do not install the latest version right away, the system will not let you use it which can be pretty irritating at times.

The biggest downside is that customer support takes too long to respond. The pricing for the minimum 10 connections should be lower and video calls on this tool use noticeably more data than audio calls.
