We've been using It to clean up the email lists we get from Google Forms for our newsletter subscribers. We switched from another tool because we had a high bounce rate and since using NeverBounce, it's gone way down.
Cons
No complaints so far. The only downside is that customer service can be a little slow at times even if you're a paid user.
