“simple way to stay connected”
Pros
Keeping in touch with coworkers across different locations has been really simple with this service. Since I am not especially tech-savvy, I appreciate how user-friendly it is and how it helps us stay connected as if we were all working under one roof.
Cons
It is user-friendly overall but it still feels like a few things are missing. For instance, it would be really helpful if it could integrate with text messaging since people are not always sitting at their desktops.
