Pros
What I love about it is that everything works smoothly. I don't need to be on a desktop or laptop and since everyone has a phone, it's just so easy to use.
Cons
I don't really dislike anything much but I would love if there was a chat feature (text). It would be a nice addition.

Pros
I find it really helpful for automation, monitoring, reporting alerts, creating logs and even for presentations. It covers a lot of ground.
Cons
It would be awesome if the pre-packaged monitoring items were offered with other manufacturers and if they could lower the cost. That would definitely help.

Pros
The best part about Orion for me is that I always have it right at my fingertips. I don't need to buy new equipment and it works whenever I need it.
Cons
Every now and then, there's a lag or delay in communication which can be a bit annoying.

Pros
It's just so easy to use and I can take it anywhere at any time. It's super portable which makes my life a lot easier.
Cons
The panic bot can be a bit too sensitive. It goes off pretty easily and that can be a hassle.

Pros
I really love that my team can communicate with other distributed teams and handle dispatching using secure, web-based push-to-talk through a simple browser. It also has awesome location tracking, mapping and management features. It makes decision-making much easier and it works well with most networks.
Cons
I don't like that sometimes my team mentions that the platform disconnects from their devices. Apart from that, I have nothing to complain about. It's really well-designed for push-to-talk.

Pros
It works with pretty much any network, Wifi, mesh, satellit and private LTE. The communication is end-to-end secure and it's got super low latency. Even on low bandwidth, it works like a charm.
Cons
Sometimes, the app keeps disconnecting from my phone and that's a bit frustrating.

Pros
I love the stylish design, its size and the ability to connect it to my phone. It's perfect for me and my assistant when we're working weddings. And if we can't hear each other on the walkie-talkies, we can still use our phones as a backup. Honestly it's way better than the walkies I've used in the past.
Cons
I had a few syncing issues while I was at an event which was a little inconvenient.

Pros
It has a ton of great features but what stands out to me the most is how easy it is to use. That's really the best part. Plus it's super effective and looks really nice. The messaging system is so secure and it adapts perfectly to what we need. It's exactly what I was looking for in software.
Cons
Honestly there's nothing else I can think of. I'm sure any small issues will get fixed over time.
