“Quick & easy PDF editing online

Pros

I've been using It for over 6.5 years now both personally and at work and it's been one of the most reliable document editing and converting tools I've used. The best part is any document I edit with PDFescape doesn't show that it's been altered, it's completely untraceable which is great for confidentiality.

Cons

It's a bit more expensive compared to other online editing software and you need to install the EXE. I've also had some issues when trying to scale PDFs to Excel.

Pros

As someone who manages projects with lots of document needs I really appreciate PDFescape's ability to upload and remove images from my PDFs. It makes it super easy to keep my visual documentation up-to-date. I can also customize the font and size for a more professional look and it's very simple to edit forms, add new sheets or update cover pages. It's been a lifesaver!

Cons

It's super handy for my daily work and I love that it's accessible online. But when I'm working with larger documents (like 600 pages), it takes a little longer to load than I'd expect.

“Why I love using PDFescape

Pros

I like using this tool for several reasons: It's super easy to use and I use it daily to edit my PDFs. As freight brokers we can't share our customer details with carriers, so we use PDFescape's whiteout tool every day to hide customer names. It's really easy to implement in our process and the best part is that most of it is free even without registration. And the customer support is excellent!

Cons

I haven't found anything I dislike about this platform so far. Sorry team, you're doing great!

“Smooth PDF creation & editing

Pros

It has some fantastic, reliable features for document conversion and PDF work. Creating new PDFs isvery easy and I can store documents in one place that's easily accessible. It's also simple to share files and only a few clicks are needed to change the format or compress a file. My favorite part is that It saves all the changes I've made so I don't have to redo any edits.

Cons

The time it takes to import PDFs and other files is pretty spot on. However, I've had some trouble scaling PDF documents to Excel at times.

Pros

With this software, it's super easy to generate and create PDFs based on your needs. It offers great features to keep your documentation smooth and easy. You can even insert links into your PDFs to give clients access to videos, Google or Google Cloud. It also allows for digital signatures on official documents which saves time and paper. Plus it's very easy to convert any document into a PDF format with just a few clicks. It also saves the editing history, so you can track the changes made. It's been great for managing multiple projects and data. The quick templates for PDF creation are super handy and whether you use the app or web version your documents are easy to access.

Cons

The loading and page refreshing takes a bit of time and I wish the performance was faster especially since it doesn't support multitasking. Also it would be nice if it had the ability to alter and merge multiple documents at once.

“Easy steps to create PDFs

Pros

I can easily create and edit PDFs however I want. Some of the features I find super useful include text decoration, coloring text and adding URL links.

Cons

File upload times are slower than other PDF editors I've used.

“Simple & free editor to use

Pros

It was the only editor that allowed me to add signatures, remove pages and white out text easily. Normally I'd have to pay Adobe Acrobat a lot for these features but with PDFescape, it's all free!

Cons

It doesn't work with the government firewall of my previous company (Veterans Affairs) and they started adding extra words to the file names when downloading which was a bit annoying.

Pros

It's a free PDF editor that's really easy to use. It's available for everyone and there are so many features in the software that make editing any document super simple.

Cons

It's free software which is great but sometimes I run into issues when editing PDFs. Occasionally, the page reloads unexpectedly and I'm not sure why. It's easy to use though and there's really nothing to dislike.

“Create and edit PDFs easily

Pros

PDFescape offers both a web-based version and an application for Windows. It's affordable if you want to upgrade and there are tons of tools for editing. The text tool is customizable and the free version has almost all the features though there's a limit on the size of PDFs which is fine for individual use.

Cons

The free plan only offers two presets for creating new PDFs and PDFs are limited to 10MB and 100 pages or less. Web publishing is only available with the ultimate plan. The whiteout tool also frequently gives errors like failing to load an image.
