“have to pay for nothing

Pros

The trial version of the software is fine but I can't seem to get the full version even though I've paid for it. That's been pretty frustrating.

Cons

I paid for the product but they never gave it to me. I reached out to customer service, but they didn't help either. I've got the charge on my account but I still can't use it when I need to. It's such a shame�

“Unlawful policy

Pros

The database is huge and the scan covers a lot of ground, which I really appreciate. It's thorough and does a great job.

Cons

I signed up and paid 40 euros for an 800-page scan. A year later, I've got no account and they've taken my money.
