“Simplifies everything!”
Pros
What I love is being able to run all my apps in one place instead of having lots of windows slowing down my Mac. Plus logging into multiple accounts in the same app and switching between work and personal spaces is very handy as no need logging in and out all the time.
Cons
They don't really keep us updated on which new tools or features are added. Most apps nowadays have a public roadmap and I wish Shift had one too.

“Helps me organize everything I use often”
Pros
Shift saves me a lot of time jumping between apps like Gmail, LinkedIn, HubSpot and WhatsApp. Plus it really simplifies my workflow. I use it almost daily as my go-to productivity tool. Been on it for two years and still have not needed to reach out to support.
Cons
Sometimes I need to reload extensions manually especially HubSpot. Well it is not a dealbreaker but just a little annoying.

Pros
Being able to juggle all my work and personal apps in one spot is a huge win for me. Also it keeps everything neatly in one app.
Cons
I still have to keep my personal and work emails separate. It would be awesome if I could merge both inboxes and calendars into one view.

Pros
What I enjoy most is bringing all my email accounts into one place while still keeping them separated. It is proven very helpful for managing everything at once.
Cons
The browser part of it does not feel great. Also I feel like the user interface and experience could really use a redesign.

“My go-to for handling email”
Pros
I think Shift is the top pick when it comes to dedicated email clients. It handles multiple accounts smoothly and even sorts messages into up to four categories automatically. Setup was also very easy as I just entered my login info and everything was pulled in. Plus I use it daily at work to stay on top of my emails without losing track. I have never had to contact support. Also I have tested other tools but nothing beats Shift for reliability.
Cons
Well I used to run into issues printing to my PDF editor (PDF-Exchange Editor Plus) but it looks like that has been sorted out with one of the recent updates. As it has not happened in months now and I use Shift all day every day.

“No more switching between tabs”
Pros
Well I have been using Shift since 2018, switching over from Outlook, macOS Mail and Thunderbird. It is awesome at pulling all my accounts into one place, syncing calendars and integrating apps. Switching between accounts is also not a problem anymore and the setup was easy too. I even considered switching once but nothing else measured up. Moreover support has always been quick and helpful. Now I do not have to juggle between too many apps or browsers as Shift makes everything so much easier.
Cons
The price has definitely gone up over the past six years but to be fair they have added a good amount of useful features in that time too.

Pros
It worked fine for a day as switching between accounts using shortcuts was nice while it lasted. Honestly I would say it is better if you try Superhuman.
Cons
Their privacy policy is very worst and trying to cancel is a nightmare. It is honestly ridiculous.

Processing orders and handling refunds is very easy and simple now as now I don't get confused about anything at all.
Cons
I had problems where refunds would get stuck and ended up causing a few complications.

Canceling orders or removing products could not be done within it as you had to go through another platform. Also I have noticed that some of Shift's own tools did not work properly.

“Keeps all my chats in one place”
Pros
I use 15 different chat apps for work and personal stuff and before Shift, I had to run all those apps separately or keep dozens of browser tabs open which I'd often close by mistake. Shift changed that for me. Now I have got them all in one place and I don't have to stress about closing them by accident. I use it every single day. Setup is easy and the support team is quick to respond whenever bugs pop up.
Cons
Notification badges and browser plugins sometimes act up. They glitch out here and there which frustrates me a lot.

Shift software is simple to set up and I love that all my tools and platforms are stored in one window and are easy to reach.
Cons
Every once in a while the app will freeze or close itself. After that it is tough to get it working on my extended browser. Luckily this only happens a couple times each quarter.

Pros
I liked the concept of linking all my accounts to make things easier. Well in theory at least.
Cons
From setting things up to linking accounts it was a total headache. I kept going in circles. The chatbot didn't help at all as it just gave me random articles. Also I had to use Google to find answers and even those did not match what I was seeing on screen.

Pros
Nothing good to say here. The tool does not do what it promises as it's completely misleading and we are planning to take legal action because of how bad the experience has been.
Cons
The workspace permissions don't work like they claim. Settings carry over between spaces and if you have more than two, it starts crashing. Also Logins get mixed up between workspaces. Also support is non-existent. Plus I can't even mute notifications. They seriously need better devs or a fresh start.
