Amazing software backed by a great team

Pros

It is highly functional and packed with routing features. Plus the customer support is simply superb, and it's way more advanced than the tool we used before, Calendly.

Cons

It can be a little slow at times when we are loading or navigating something but it is not a major issue and is manageable.

Easy to get started with

Pros

Booking meetings directly on our reps calendars has been so easy and hassle-free now. Honeslty it's been a game changer for us.

Cons

RevenueHero doesn't support form enrichment out of the box but honestly, that's not a big deal for us.

Offers exceptional customer support

Pros

RevenueHero fits perfectly into our Lead Generation Funnel and Marketing Automation. Plus it helped us get rid of scheduling headaches as it qualifies leads automatically with custom rules and assigns them to the right reps based on criteria we can tweak. Also their customer service is amazing, especially Sanjit Venkatesan, who's always quick to help and clearly knows his stuff.

Cons

I really don't have anything to dislike about it at the moment as it is been working well for me.

RevenueHero is simply amazing

Pros

The customer success team is simply amazing. They were genuinely invested in helping us succeed. I was blown away by the support they gave to ensure everything was integrated and optimized for our workflow. It took me a little time to learn the ropes but with their help, I got it all set up with HubSpot for demo requests in just a few hours. The workflow we have now is so much better than what we had before. The sales team uses RevenueHero every day and loves it. As an admin, I've been able to set it and forget it and everything runs perfectly. And I am already thinking of more ways to use it.

Cons

There are zero downsides. My team and I absolutely love how easily RevenueHero integrates with HubSpot and fits right into our workflow.

Pros

We switched from Chili Piper to RevenueHero, and it is been a great move. The support team is awesome, the system loads quickly, it's easier to use and set up and it integrates way better with HubSpot.

Cons

No complaints so far. Anytime we have had an issue, the support team jumps on it and fixes it right away.

Support like no other

Pros

RevenueHero is so easy to use and its support is unbeatable. When we moved from Chili Piper to RevenueHero, we found it much simpler to set up, use and make updates. Also it cut down on a lot of the redundant work we used to do. Plus the RevenueHero team has been outstanding as they answer all our technical questions quickly and made us feel confident throughout onboarding and beyond. They have really set the bar for a great partnership.

Cons

Not much to point out to be honest. The product seems to be evolving quickly, which is great but I ran into a few 404 error pages when clicking around the app. That said, the team was super quick to sort it out.
