“Simplify video content organization
Pros
The feature I find most interesting in Rewatch is how it lets me easily categorize videos. Also it is pretty simple to use with basic search options and a way to easily identify different recordings. I also really appreciate that it works well with other platforms like Slack or Trello which makes it easy to share video links as part of the project's progress. It's a great way to quickly reference important discussions or training sessions without having to dig through tons of files.
Cons
One thing I have noticed with Rewatch is that there are not many editing options. While it is great for categorizing videos and sharing them with others, making annotations or other changes is a bit inefficient. It can slow us down when we need to highlight specific parts or remove sections of the recording. The search function also does not always give the exact results I'm hoping for, which means I end up sifting through content, and that can be time-consuming during a busy workday.

“Access to essential resources has been easy now
Pros
I love Rewatch because it keeps all my videos archived and makes it so easy to search for past meeting recordings or training sessions whenever I need them. Also it pairs really well with Slack which lets me share video links with the team without interrupting our workflow. This has saved us so much time, as we no longer need to ask for resources and we have been able to communicate much more effectively, making sure everyone is always on the same page.
Cons
The thing I dislike about Rewatch is that it does not offer many customization options for organizing video content. As our library grows, it can get a little tricky to keep everything sorted. The search function works, but it could use better filters to help narrow down searches. These issues can sometimes slow down our workflow, especially when we are trying to find past notes or discussions from remote meetings.

“Rewatch is our go-to tool
Pros
With Rewatch it is very efficient to share recorded videos and managing all our content. Plus it has saved us so much time, and now we are actually leveraging the content in a way that's made it a highly valuable tool for our team.
Cons
There are definitely a few things that could be improved and some limitations that could be addressed but nothing major.

“Quite impressed with it!
Pros
What impresses me the most about Rewatch is how many options it gives for easier collaboration with the team. Plus the option to record and review meetings ensures everyone stays informed, even if they can't attend live. I also love the tagging options that allow us to highlight key moments for future reference. Sharing clips with the team is really easy, especially when done through Slack.
Cons
Things I do not like about Rewatch is the lack of customization when it comes to managing the video library. As our library grows, it gets harder to keep things neatly categorized. There are workarounds to keep things organized, but they add an extra step to the process.

“Increased our efficiency
Pros
One of the best things about Rewatch for me is how it pulls all our video content into one app. Plus the search function is super useful as it allows us to jump to a specific frame in a video within seconds. It also works really well with our project management software which allows us to easily link videos to tasks and discussions. Lastly the integration has really helped improve how we handle and find important information.
Cons
A downside to Rewatch is that it can take a while to load, especially for large video files. This can be really inconvenient when we are trying to do quick reviews. The layout is a bit basic too and it does not have intuitive navigation, which would really help in this situation. Its kind of counterproductive since team members end up spending more time trying to figure out how to use the features.

“Video performance tracking and tagging made it easy
Pros
My favorite feature in Rewatch is the ability to tag and categorize videos. It makes it so much easier to organize and find the videos I need. It also gives us detailed insights into how often the videos are used, which helps us select the most engaging content and understand how our recorded videos interact. Honestly this feature has really boosted our productivity.
Cons
There are some issues hat can be frustrating. Like uploading large video files is slow and sometimes I get errors. The tagging system works really well but it can be tricky to set up, especially the first time you use it. These issues can create some barriers in our workflow that need to be fixed to make things run more smoothly.

“Better than many platforms available out there
Pros
Compared to other video content platforms, Rewatch stands out with its ability to record and manage videos with detailed search options. This is mainly highly helpful for finding specific time frames in long videos, like conferences or seminars. Plus, the integration with Slack makes it easy to post video links in team discussions, which is super convenient for keeping all the info in one place.
Cons
It only allows basic video editing which I dislike. And while it is great for recording and organizing content, there are not any features for cropping or annotating videos. This means I have to use other software for editing.

“Streamlined access to our meeting notes and discussions
Pros
The best thing about it for me is that how simple it is to categorize, upload and share the meetings I have recorded. Also the search feature is a huge plus because it helps me find specific topics or discussions in the recordings really quickly. This has been especially helpful when someone wants to review a particular discussion after a meeting. It also makes it super easy to share videos with other communication tools.
Cons
A disadvantage is that the transcription accuracy is not great. It struggles with technical terms or different accents so you often have to fix mistakes manually. Also the user interface is not the best either as it is not very user-friendly, and sometimes it takes a while to find what I need. These issues have slowed down our workflow, especially when I am trying to find specific information.

“The best tool for our needs
Pros
I like Rewatch the most because it organizes video content so well and includes tools for timestamping and commenting. These features make it easy to highlight specific parts of the video or add notes which has saved us so much time. Instead of watching the whole clip, I can jump straight to the relevant section. This functionality has been a game-changer for reviewing and utilizing video content, especially for meetings and training purposes.
Cons
I have run into some issues with the mobile app version, especially when the network connection is weak. Timestamping and commenting work but the app can be less stable, especially on mobile. It requires syncing sometimes and videos take longer to load. This is not ideal when you need to quickly access specific sections of a video while you're on the go.
