The best for cross-border calling

Pros

RingCentral Video has been an excellent way to stay connected with both my prospects and my team members. At Supersales Guys and Gals, I have used it for cold calling as well as my weekly team video meetings. I prefer it over other similar apps I have tested because the interface is easy and includes only the core features I actually need. It also provides me with fully functional international virtual numbers with team extensions. That has made it possible to reach businesses and individuals across the US and Canada without needing to be physically based in either country.

Cons

The biggest downside is that the service is restricted to certain countries. For example, they don't offer direct access for clients in Cameroon. Our team could only use it because the subscription was purchased in Canada. Buying a subscription directly from Cameroon isn't currently an option.

Pros

Using it is easy and I can message people individually during a meeting to ask specific questions without interrupting everyone else. It also lets me share my screen and record meetings which makes collaboration and follow-up much more convenient.

Cons

One downside is that it's difficult to assign multiple administrators to a meeting so they can all share their screens.
