“reliable calls and clear video”
Pros
Where this product really shines is how consistently well it works from just about anywhere, with excellent reception every time. The messaging is clear and both the audio and video quality come through crisp and reliable. On top of that, it offers me amazing value for the money.
Cons
One area that could be improved is the configuration especially around imaging settings and the addition of more modern features.

“remote training made simple”
Pros
Remote training is really convenient with this. Jumping on video and sharing my screen to walk someone through a process takes almost no effort.
Cons
I feel like headset and mic setup could be better. Most other apps automatically use my headset but withthis platformI have to manually switch the audio settings every time.

“Useful team features”
Pros
The biggest strength here is the communication toolkit. The app lets me make calls, receive them, monitor call activity, transfer calls, save contacts and even block numbers. That would already be valuable on its own but it really stands out in multi-user settings like offices or firms. It makes it possible to handle several calls at once, communicate across users and keep track of everything more effectively. I am also very happy with the meeting-style features, since it brings in other useful tools like scheduling and texting within the same app.
Cons
The part I dislike most is definitely the bugs. I am dealing with an issue right now where the app doesn't follow the ringtone settings I selected. There have also been times when it failed to show incoming call notifications on my screen, even though that's one of the features that should be especially useful.

“Offers quick and fast support”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about RingCentral is how rarely it runs into technical problems. Video conferencing and meetings are very simple to manage and customer service responds quickly whenever I need them.
Cons
At this point I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike aboutthis software. It has really helped our company stay connected and communicate better.

“performance needs improvements”
Pros
Getting started with RingCentral Video doesn't take much effort and it works well alongside tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Setting it up is fast and joining or running meetings is pretty easy. When my network is stable, the audio and video quality are usually dependable. It also comes with useful features like screen sharing, recording and admin analytics that I appreciate. Having video, phone and messaging bundled into one platform is a real plus.
Cons
Things can feel hit or miss when the internet connection isn't strong, since the video may freeze or drop at times. The interface also feels less refined than competitors such as Zoom or Teams and some of the more advanced features seem a bit incomplete. On top of that, support responses can be slower than expected and the pricing might seem expensive compared with similar options.

“pretty useful integrations”
Pros
Using RingCentral has been really easy and the video and audio quality have consistently been excellent. The Salesforce integration helps me keep my sales process more organized and efficient and the Outlook integration makes it convenient to schedule meetings and follow-ups without extra hassle.
Cons
The appinterface can feel a bit off sometimes, although once you get familiar with it, navigating around becomes fairly simple. Also I haven't run into any real problems with it overall as it could just use a more polished look.

“Great for meetings”
Pros
RingCentral Video gives me a really great set of features for setting up meetings and the video quality has been very good. It also connects well with the other tools my team already uses which makes everything more convenient.
Cons
I really don't have any major complaints aboutthis platform'svideo tool. Once in a while, there are minor glitches or connection issues during meetings but it happens very rarely and could just as easily be related to my own setup.

“Very poor quality”
Pros
To be completely honest, there really weren't any positives.
Cons
Back when we switched tothis platformduring the pandemic, we were told we'd be able to useitsmeetings tool, basically a white-labeled version of Zoom. That was a huge reason we made the move in the first place because we wanted the stability and reliability Zoom was known for, along with the contact center features. Instead, thevideo tool turned out to be the most unstable platform I have ever dealt with. It never improved at all. The audio quality was poor, the video quality was poor and calls kept dropping constantly.

“fantastic for team connection”
Pros
It works really well for my larger company. It lets everyone on my team stay connected through video meetings or chat which is very helpful for us.
Cons
Every now and then we run into audio issues where it's hard to hear each other but that seems more related to the internet connection than the platform itself.
