Pros
The data organization is great and there are good sharing options.
Cons
Data entry can take a while. It would be helpful if data could be shared between tables so we wouldn't have to enter the same information repeatedly.

“simple and effective, just a bit too clicky”
Pros
This software is easy to use and understand. My school uses it to collect student data as each teacher gets a customized list of their students and can click a Google link to fill in information. It's a simple way to make sure the right links go to the right teachers.
Cons
there is quite a bit of clicking involved. For example, if there's a link in a row, clicking it opens a new box, and then you have to click the link again. It's not a huge issue, but it gets a little annoying when I have to do it 15 times a week
