This is honestly far more efficient than responding to individual emails about students. We use it weekly to give feedback on our classes and can easily track progress over time.

I feel like it would be beneficial to have better integration with Google Forms.

At a school with over 4000 students RowShare helps teachers collect data on students with special needs. We used to meet in person to share feedback but now we can input everything into it saving time for both the teacher providing feedback and the teacher receiving it.

I use it sparingly and for now it meets my needs. No issues to report at the moment.

At our school of over 4,000 students, Rowshare gives teachers an easy way to collect data on students with special education needs. We used to have to meet in person to share feedback but now we can just enter it in Rowshare, saving time for everyone.

I think the software is very user-friendly and customizable which are its best features. It makes our daily work easier, more efficient and saves us a lot of time. I also love the customer support.

I'd love to see a few new features. For example, when you delete a row, it would be great if the auto-numbering updated automatically. If I delete row 2 out of rows 1, 2, and 3, I'd like row 3 to become row 2, right now, it seems random. Also, when selecting from a dropdown list with multiple choices, it would be better if the list appeared in a larger space. Right now, it often shows up in a cramped area where I have to scroll, even when there's plenty of room above.

Pros

Rowshare makes collaboration across teams easy as everyone stays on the same page with the same data. It also syncs easily with our data warehouses. Their customer experience team is quick and responsive even though I'm in NYC and they're based in France.

Cons

Mac integration for reading and writing documents would be a great addition. Also, it would help if the system could sync better when multiple people are working in the same table at once because that's our biggest frustration right now.

This tool makes it simple to track the progress of our granite jobs. Our company has three subsidiaries and they all use Rowshare to monitor inventory and keep an eye on ongoing projects. Being able to track everything has even helped us improve our sales forecasting.

You can't tab to the next column after choosing an option from a dropdown which makes data entry less smooth.

It's easy to use and share information with others. Exporting to Excel is quick, which makes weekly reporting much less stressful. Everyone can update records at their own pace, while admins still get a clear overview.

At first, I found it tricky to add or remove people but after doing it a few times, it became much easier.
