“helpful for staying organized!”

It really helps me stay organized and keep everything in order.

Cons

The interface feels very visually cluttered and I think adding labels would make it easier to map and identify demands.

Pros

Working with multiple teams feels much more structured because task requests can be submitted in a very organized way and always following a predefined standard. That level of organization combined with how simple the platform is to use helps teams collaborate better, stay aligned and always have the information they need!

Cons

I rely a lot on the Kanban view to track the progress of tasks I request from other teams. It's not exactly my biggest complaint but the filters can be problematic at times. When I try to apply filters to see only the status of tasks related to my team there seems to be a bug and it doesn't properly load just my team's tasks.

Pros

The system stands out to me for how well it keeps tasks organized and helps a lot with time management. Since activities, deadlines and priorities are clearly separated staying focused and productive throughout the day becomes much more manageable :)

Cons

The system does feel a little outdated and from time to time that leads to a few crashes. Even so it's nothing serious enough to really affect usability or interrupt the daily workflow.

Pros

Platform is very well organized which makes it simple to structure requests clearly and keep track of updates from different people.

Cons

It can be a little confusing at times and whenever I export a spreadsheet analysis from it the file usually comes out with bugs.

One issue I still run into is that I can't search for some requests.

Pros

Using this has been really helpful for organizing my daily work alongside the teams tasks. It also gives everyone much more visibility into what each person is working on and how their demands are progressing which makes collaboration a lot clearer.

Cons

Something I haven't enjoyed as much is that some columns created to mark tasks as delivered can't be deleted. Because of that I have to leave them minimized so they don't interfere with the flow of the board.

Keeping up with current projects is pretty simple and the filter options make navigation much more organized.

Cons

Project segmentation across different fronts still has room for improvement. Other than that the work timer can open the door to a certain level of micromanagement.

Organizing corporate tasks is much more convenient because this offers a wide range of features. It makes it simple to describe an activity, assign it to someone on the team and use the comments area which helps a lot with everyday communication and with marketing adjustments and similar needs. Also it feels like a platform that fits well within organizations especially since I rely on it every day to keep my activities organized.

Cons

While its good to have so many features included there are moments when seems to have too many of those that are not very practical or immediately visible. Because of that I occasionally get confused by the filters and some of the functions available on the platform. It can also be a little hard to pass along knowledge about how the platform works and how to use all of its features.

The Kanbanstyle visualization makes sprint planning and progress much easier to understand.

I think the Google Calendar integration still has room for improvement.

A thing I really enjoy is how well it helps me keep my tasks organized! I also use it to create, store and share AI prompts which has been very useful.

Cons

An improvement I'd like to see is the ability to split tasks into phases so that once one team finishes its part the task would automatically be passed to the team responsible for the next stage.

Has been a really useful tool for keeping track of tasks and projects. It helps me organize everything in one place and I can tag other people so they can follow the progress too.

Cons

At the same time I don't end up using every tab in it because the platform feels a little complex and packed with too much information. I usually stick to the parts that are most relevant to what I need.

It does a good job of keeping the history organized and helps make sure deadlines are actually met.

One annoyance is getting repeated email notifications about the same task.

The way this software communicates with clients is really well done and makes interactions feel clear and professional.

A downside is that the search buttons can lag when typing quickly which makes them feel a bit slow to respond.
