“Totally worth investing in
Pros
I really like the overall management system and the sorting AI works well. Whenever I have had an issue, I have been able to chat with a real customer service representative right away. This makes a big difference because I know they will help me if I can't find an email.
Cons
To be honest it is not an affordable option and if I were more patient and dedicated, I could probably set up a similar system with Gmail folders. But I am not that patient so I use Sanebox and it definitely helps keep me a bit more organized.

“Not what they claimed at all
Pros
There is nothing that I like. The cancellation process has been an issue. As they have disallowed it and are holding my emails hostage again.
Cons
The trial ended or at least I thought it did but now it feels like they are pressuring me into paying.

Pros
The quick categorization helps me focus on emails that require attention and I hardly spend any time on other emails.
Cons

Pros
I only use two email functions, Sane Later and Black Hole and they both save me a lot of time every day.
Cons
Well I have not had the time to explore all the other functions yet for now I cannot say anything that I dislike.

“This app is a lifesaver
Pros
I get so many emails from products and services I have purchased. While many are not important to me I still want to stay on their lists. Plus Sanebox allows me to automatically sort them into specific folders once I have trained it, making it easy to quickly check and ensure I am not missing anything.
Cons
One thing I wish for is to be able to create more customized folders to help me track emails with specific subjects more easily.

“Loving how it works
Pros
It saves me lots of personal time. I no longer have to unsubscribe from all the emails I receive.
Cons
Nothing really. The only thing is that the software can sometimes be a bit too aggressive, pushing most of my emails into the SaneBox but I check it regularly enough to manage this.

Pros
Not only was SaneBox easy to set up but it is also quite easy to use. Once I realized how much time it was saving me I knew I was not going back to the old way of sorting emails.
Cons

Pros
Sanebox works well with multiple email accounts. It is simple to manage filters and every day, it sends me a summary of less urgent emails to review.
Cons
To be honest I cannot think of anything I would like to change about it.

Pros
My favorite feature is the Sanebox blackhole. As I love training it to send spam and unwanted junk there and then I never have to see or hear from them again.
Cons
For now I cannot afford all the extra features though some would be nice but I like that I am not forced to pay for things I do not need.

It automatically separates important emails from the unimportant ones. Plus I can check the unimportant ones later if I need to see if anything needs my attention.
Cons
I was a little confused during the setup and I ended up using some features at first that I later realized were not necessary.

Sanebox is great for filtering out the less important emails so I do not waste time sorting through my inbox.

Pros
The routing and blacklisting of emails into the right folders saves me hours every day and allows me to focus on the key senders of important emails.
Cons
I get that it is a safety feature but I am not sure I need to review all the emails I have routed or blacklisted.

Pros
My inbox is now exclusively work related emails. Overall it has saved me hours each day.
Cons
When I open an email from Sanebox, after reviewing it once it takes me out of my email and onto the cloud or internet to finish the review. I feel like it would be much easier to just review everything in the email and hit a button to finalize it.

“Never lets me down
Pros
SaneBox really saves me time. My day is busy with work and life so I do not have time to sift through hundreds of emails to find the important ones. SaneBox does that for me. If I get a questionable email, I can easily drag it into the right folder and it automatically repeats that for future emails. Also it is simple and efficient.
Cons
I feel like the software has features I have not even tapped into yet and the ones I am using are working great. My only problem is not taking the time to explore it fully.

I do not even use all the features yet I still love this product. All my junk and unimportant emails go straight to a Sane_Later folder where I can quickly delete them without worrying about missing anything important.

Pros
Over the years I have used nearly every major spam filter and this one is by far the best. It lets me easily categorize emails from multiple mailboxes, keeping our inbox clear for important messages. Also you can review the rest when you have time. And it is very customizable and their customer support is quick and friendly.
Cons
Nothing at all. But I am hoping in the future, there is an option to consolidate digests from multiple email accounts into one.

The best thing about it is that we can design our SaneBox email distribution so that our emails go to the right place such as Important, Later or Black Hole, etc. Also it is easy, efficient and very much affordable.

Pros
Spending money to control emails might seem odd especially since you can create your own rules but I have found that using SaneBox to handle it is much easier. This is especially useful if you have been using Gmail for a long time. Plus I can confidently say that SaneBox saves me a lot of time because I can manage everything directly from my inbox. There are other free apps but for the value it is far better.

Overall I find it so helpful that I cannot think of any cons.
