“Supporting a startup well

Pros

I did not realize this until their recent rebrand but the team is actually pretty small. I absolutely love this as they have managed to create a product that works even better than Calendly, all with a small team and a tight budget. Setting it up and integrating it was quite easy and I use it every day to communicate with my customers.

Cons

There is nothing I personally dislike.

“Budget-friendly and packed with good features

Pros

It saves me so much time since meetings happen right on schedule. It automatically adjusts for different time zones and connects with other tools to manage appointments properly. Plus it is flexible enough to let me set when meetings can be scheduled. It even lets me create unlimited scheduling links!

Cons

SavvyCal software is amazing but I just wish the prices were a little more reasonable.

“The ultimate planning tool

Pros

The customer support team at SavvyCal was quite fast in responding while setting up which is really helpful if you run into any issues. I can easily book meetings and get reminders about my schedules which keeps me engaged with both work and clients.

Cons

Well it works perfectly in a work environment but I feel like its price is a bit on the higher side.

“Reliable for scheduling meetings

Pros

I have been using SavvyCal daily and the best part is how easy the user interface is to navigate. Also it integrates with multiple calendars and shows all my events both personal and professional. Overall this helps me prioritize meetings and stay on top of everything in an efficient way.

Cons

What I do not like about it is that although it supports multiple calendar integrations, it is still just a web app and not a standalone app. It would be better if they had a dedicated app and the price could definitely be a little lower.

“It's a must-have

Pros

SavvyCal has this awesome feature where we can create personalized scheduling links which is easy to use for both work and personal calendars. It also lets us overlay our calendars which makes it easier to see mutual availability and schedule meetings. And honestly their customer support deserves some serious recognition.

Cons

Right now it does not have a mobile app which limits flexibility for users. Also I feel like the user interface could be better.

“Perfect tool for scheduling meetings

Pros

It is simply amazing for sharing schedule links based on other people's availability. It makes my life so much easier and saves me a lot of time. Plus it is really simple to set up and implement.

Cons

The background effects and the user interface could be improved. Plus I feel like customer service could be better too and honestly, the pricing is a bit high.

“A complete platform

Pros

SavvyCal is the perfect solution for managing all my scheduled meetings across different platforms in one place. Also it is very easy to create and manage meetings directly on this platform. The support is top notch too and navigating through the dashboard is way to easy now.

Cons

One issue I have noticed is that managing collaborative meetings on it at times requires more bandwidth and cause glitches during the meeting. Even though clearing the cache and rejoining helps but this issue definitely needs fixing.

“I love it!

Pros

The ability to design events, create meeting polls, check statistics and more really appeals to me. Plus it seems to have a lot of options and setups to explore. Another feature I love is how everything is displayed in one view on the main page making it much easier to find exactly what I want to do.

Cons

Well it is web based and does not have an app which is the one thing I dislike. While it does work well with Google, Teams, Outlook and even iCloud, still I really wish it had a standalone app.

Pros

SavvyCal calendar overlay feature is so simple but really makes a huge difference for me in a positive manner.

Cons

The only downside is that prefilling information is not a simple task.

“The perfect partner for scheduling

Pros

It has seriously improved how I manage my schedule and time. Its advanced features make scheduling so much easier and I can organize everything without hassle. From what I have noticed, it helps me plan events in a way that fits perfectly into my hectic schedule. Plus booking appointments is quite quick and easy saving me time.

Cons

The prices of it are quite high but I will admit that it offers powerful and useful features. At times there are delays when accessing the service but overall, it is great and easy to use. And yes I am happy with it and will recommend it to all my friends though it might not work well for those who prefer portable apps for easier access.

“This app does more than schedule meetings

Pros

I really like that it allows me to create meeting polls, events and even track analytics. There is a lot of options to explore and I really like that everything is laid out on one screen. Overall it makes it so much easier to find what I am looking for.

Cons

No complaints as I like everything about it. It has all the features of other meeting tools but with more options!

“Made everything so simple

Pros

SavvyCal without a doubt is the best for scheduling. I use it every day to book calls with people outside my organization and it is way more user friendly than other tools I have used. The best part is being able to see all available time slots at once instead of only seeing one specific day. Also it helps me visualize my day and figure out when I can squeeze in another meeting request.

Cons

The only thing I do not like about it is that it is web based and does not have an app. Even though it integrate with Outlook, Teams, Google and even iCloud, but I wish it had a standalone app.

“Take control of your time

Pros

It makes scheduling so much easier by taking personal availability into account which makes event planning quite efficient. Plus it removes the back and forth emails and allows me to book appointments without any trouble. I also love that I can rank my availability preferences to help others choose the best time for a meeting.

Cons

Pricing is way too high but everything else works great. However every now and then I experience some lag and issues with accessing or scheduling appointments.

Pros

Without a doubt it is a great tool for scheduling business meetings and it is quite easy to use with its user friendly interface and features. We can schedule meetings pretty easily and prioritize them based on importance.

Cons

Everything about it is fine but the packages they offer are a bit expensive. Don't know about others but I find them expensive.
