It's very easy to use in the browser. It only takes a minute to set up and the interface is really user-friendly.

It is a really complete PDF editor with a ton of useful features all in one software. As a high school student, I've been using it for a long time and I can't recommend it enough. My favorite part is that you can use it completely online without needing to download anything. It's super quick and works across all kinds of devices and operating systems.

Cons

Like I said, it's a really complete software. Even though some features can be a bit tricky to use, nothing about it makes editing PDFs complicated.

“Powerful tool for all your needs

I can easily crop, edit fonts and do so much more with PDFs for a really low cost.

Cons

The interface can be a bit jumpy at times with all the popups which can get confusing.

It's really easy to use and convenient for adding text, images and pages to PDFs. It's also very simple to delete pages that aren't needed.

Cons

Adding text with the same font as the original can be a little annoying. Sometimes you have to try a few times to get it right.

It lets me do so much with documents like reordering pages and adding annotations. It's also great for completing PDFs sent my way.

The only downside is that the preview before downloading can look different from the final result sometimes.

In text editing mode, every time you click on a PDF page, an empty text box pops up and you have to manually delete it before saving. It doesn't delete automatically.

The time limit for new users is kind of annoying and having to sign up just to download your completed documents isn't great.

The interface is really easy to use, It has a simple, well-organized layout. They offer a lot of editing features like merging, splitting, rearranging pages, adding passwords, annotations and even signing PDFs. The free plan lets you edit up to three documents per hour. I also love that they have a desktop version and an API. The HTML to PDF tool has been a game-changer for me. I've been able to use it to generate PDFs from other software and web systems without needing to code. It's spot on with layout and looks great every time.

Cons

I haven't encountered any issues so far but there can be some compatibility issues with certain browsers. I think it's more of a browser issue than a tool issue, though.

Sejda made it really easy and quick to split my file and the quality and support were top-notch.

I can't think of anything bad to say. This online tool is pretty much flawless and any small drawbacks are easily overshadowed by how great it is.
