So easy yet effective

Pros

I really love how my daily schedule is easily automated, it's honestly the best feeling. The system is easy to navigate and pretty reliable. Thier customer service is really great.

Cons

My only issue with this tool is the ability to automatically sync the calendar. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied.

Great for setting up appointments

Pros

Setster is perfect for developers or anyone who has access to one, and needs to set up appointments and meetings in a more automated way. It offers so much more flexibility than other solutions and really gives you the tools to get everything done.

Cons

it can be a bit overwhelming for someone just starting out. If you're not a developer, you'll probably struggle with it and may want to hire one to get the most out of it.

I would give it a 7 out od 10

Pros

The design is great and easy to navigate. Once everything's set up, the appointments sync smoothly with Google calendar, outlook and iCal. There's even a designated page that can be used as a website.

Cons

Sometimes the buttons don't work and I had a bad experience with customer support.

Stay away from this struggling business

Pros

The technology was built by veterans but it's lost its shine under the current CEO's management.

Cons

Honestly I think Setster is one of the worst system integrators. They seem to rely on their past achievements and the founder's sister being the CEO doesn't help, she clearly has no qualifications and it shows in how the company operates.

Took some time to adjust to the new format, but it's growing on me!

Pros

Setster is the best way for me to let clients schedule meetings. I give them a login, and they can pick the time and date for an event. They sign up whenever it's convenient for them, making my job of managing it so much easier!

Cons

It is still not able to let me have multiple events that people can sign up for at the same time. I have to finish the sign-ups for Event A before I can start the sign-ups for Event B. This sometimes leads to a loss of sign-ups or confusion for the people registering for the events. It also adds unnecessary pressure because I need to make sure that both Event A and Event B are ready to go when I need them.

Great at its work

Pros

The thing I enjoyed the most about this software was how easy it was to get started. It was really simple to get things rolling.

Cons

I think it could be cheaper but I understand the pricing. Customer service was decent, though it got a bit repetitive at times.

Simple navigation, user-friendly interface

Pros

What I liked most about the software was how easy it was to use and how well the interface was set up.

Cons

Honestly, the thing I like least about Setster is the price. Not that it's overly expensive, but I'm just the type of person who thinks things should always be cheaper.

Excellent customer service keeps me coming back, though some features are frustrating

Pros

The look of the software and the helpful widgets made everything easy to manage. Customer service has been excellent and I've always been happy with their help, even when an issue wasn't fully resolved.

Cons

There's no live phone or email support directly from the dashboard and it's hard to find a list of client appointments. The mobile scheduling is also not user-friendly and it doesn't resemble the desktop version at all, which confuses my clients and means I have to do extra work to correct things.

You're forced to fit into a single box for all needs

Pros

It was awesome that my clients could book online. The cost was minimal, and they paid me right when they were supposed to.

Cons

It was difficult to adjust the format to meet my needs. When I had issues, there was no one to help and people thought they had made appointments when they actually hadn't.

Collaborative platform

Pros

I love that we can customize it to meet the company's needs. It's so helpful to know what everyone's doing, since it gives us all that accessibility.

Cons

The system gets confused with old appointments that were no-shows and when someone books a new appointment, it ends up adding the old date.

Offers a great, user-friendly interface, but it has some drawbacks

Pros

Setster has a fantastic, userfriendly interface. It's easy to add and remove information in the back end. The qualitative data analysis tools are exactly as described and allow us to easily export information for our teams.

Cons

One downside of this product is its compatibility with google calendar. Setster requires constant updates to re-sync everything instead of doing it automatically.

I have mixed feelings about it

Pros

The client-side interface is intuitive and easy to use, and it integrates seamlessly with our website.

Cons

There are some unexpected bugs that catch the team off guard and require last-minute fixes. For example, a customer might get an email confirmation for an appointment, but it doesn't show up on Google calendar. The software is also slower than its competitors when doing the same tasks with the same number of events or users. Also the calendar interface gets hard to read when multiple users are displayed.
