I was excited about this system at first because it seemed to solve a specific problem. However after using it, I noticed that it's no longer properly supported and seems to just be maintained to attract new users.

Cons

Very poor execution as nothing works as it should and all my client data is locked. Plus support is non-existent.

Well I really like being able to track how long viewers spend on each page. Also it is useful for understanding engagement.

I feel like the interface could use a little improvement but it's a minor issue.

One thing I noticed is that the enterprise pricing is not very clear but the video call with the developer was quick and efficient.

As a trainer I love how easy it is to use. I amm always needing access to files and this makes it incredibly convenient.

ShareDocView is very easy to use and its analytics feature is extremely valuable. It shows how many people are viewing or interacting with my files which helps me track "traffic" just like I do with my website. It has been especially useful for measuring the success of my promotional campaigns and marketing strategies, giving me clear, actionable data on performance.

Cons

The main features are simple and easy to use which is great. However one downside is the limited ability to share a variety of file types e.g videos, images, product templates or links. Though I work around this by putting links in PDFs and uploading the PDFs instead. Still it would be awesome to directly upload other types of files.

If you need a fast and reliable way to track clicks and leads, ShareDocView is definitely worth trying. This easy to use platform filters out fake emails and adds accountability when sharing important documents. I was excited to try it and it did not disappoint. Uploading documents and sharing them was simple too and the detailed analytics dashboard was a huge highlight. Plus it shows real-time data on who's viewing your document, along with actions like clicks or downloads. This transparency helped me gauge how effective my materials were and improve my outreach. Also I love the email verification feature so no more fake contact details. And with it email addresses are confirmed before granting access, ensuring all leads are legitimate.

Pros

It is pretty user-friendly. The interface is also simple to use and I am able to understand all the features quickly. Plus I uploaded a file to send as an email attachment and it worked flawlessly right off the bat. It's fast and convenient, plus I like seeing how much of the document was read. Overall it is a great tool I would rather keep to myself.

Cons

If there were two things added it would be great. First it would be nice if the landing page language could be changed by the user or automatically switch when a language is selected making it easier for international users. If a Korean translation is needed, I am happy to provide it. Secondly it would be great to add support for more formats like videos, PowerPoints etc. Though I don't mind if the videos are just links from other services like Vimeo. Overall this is a really good service that should not be missed.

Thanks to ShareDocView I can now decide exactly who gets access to my documents, what's required to download them and I can analyze how engaged people are with the content I share. Aside from sharing the platform also helps with lead generation.

Cons

The UX/UI could be improved as it still feels a bit rough. Also it would be nice to integrate with more tools. Additionally introducing conditional features would help avoid clunky interactions with other tools. I would also love to see heatmaps added for analysis.

I like how easy it is to navigate. As it simplifies managing documents and files significantly.

Sometimes my files disappear when I use the search bar even though they are visible when I search manually.

What I love about this product is its ease of use and how quickly I can share files. Whenever a file is accessed, I get an alert which lets me know if the client has read the shared document.

Sharing PDFs works perfectly but when I try to share other file types like PowerPoints, the layout gets messed up. Also it is better to convert PowerPoints to PDFs before sharing. I would also like to share videos but that's not possible right now.

The pricing and freemium model are great. Also setting everything up was quick and easy.

One thing that is missing is that there is no option to create a personalized tracking link.

ShareDocView makes managing documents clear and organized. Also it is easy to add and share files and I like the alert system as it is both reliable and helpful.

There have been improvements such as showing which clients have viewed the shared documents. Recently it has also allowed for document personalization using Cname. So when it comes to cons I have nothing major to share.
