We asked for an app that did several things. This group not only built the app based on our original design but stayed with us as we identified enhancements. Now we have a working app that has automated several business processes.
Cons
While a few minor tweaks were needed after the initial build, the development team was quick to adapt and implement improvements. These adjustments were small in scope and didn’t affect overall performance, especially since the app now runs smoothly and continues to automate key business processes effectively.

Pros
Setting it up was easy and configuring it was pretty simple too. The best part is how seamlessly it adapted to our companys branding. Also creating new pages and department pages is pretty simple and easy.
Cons
The layout is customizable, with options for detailed configurations and right now it offers more control but I feel like limiting some of these controls could be beneficial.
