It is an awesome tool

Pros

I really love how everything just comes together so seamlessly. From start to finish, the design, flow, and features all feel consistent and well thought out, making the whole experience not just smooth but genuinely enjoyable and satisfying to use.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that switching between documents and meetings while adding notes is not smooth enough, especially when there is a lot of pressure during meetings.

Useful, Though Im not using it currently

Pros

What I find particularly helpful is the way it manages a large number of meetings in a practical and organized manner. In addition, the tips and guidance I receive from time to time while chairing sessions have consistently proven to be valuable and effective in improving how I run them.

Cons

Honestly I cannot recall much because I have not used it in the last three years.

Nice tool, keep it up!

Pros

I think this is a really cool tool, the design is smooth, everything flows easily, and the Futurae two factor authentication just works perfectly.

Cons

It's frustrating that whenever I upload new files the old ones get overwritten instead of being saved.

Good tool but feels a bit limiting

Pros

Cons

Boosted Efficiency in Our Work

Pros

We have been able to prepare meetings efficiently and share documents without any complications with this tool.

Cons

Doesn't justify the cost

Pros

Honestly, not much stands out. At first, the design seems fine, but theres nothing particularly special beyond that.

Cons

From my experience it is both too complex and pricey. On top of that no training was provided.

Pros

What I like is how it helps set up meetings and quickly locate the materials or content needed.

Cons

I often notice repeated alerts for unread content whenever I log in again which is annoying.

Helps in quick note taking!

Pros

From my side, I find it simple to handle as taking notes and saving them is quick and the library makes it easy to refer back later.

Cons

Very user friendly software

Pros

It is really simple to use and it allows us to create and run board meetings even for people who are not very comfortable with the internet or tech gadgets.

Cons

In my opinion, they need to work on improving both the quality and variety of documents that can be uploaded.

Easy and secure tools with a great support team

Pros

The support team is excellent as they are always available for us, attentive and responsive. The tool keeps evolving to meet changes and improve user experience. Also it offers a wide range of features with a clean, pleasant design that's easy to use.

Cons

Sherpany takes some time to get used to, especially if youre used to working with paper. It has a lot of features, but some of them dont get used since they don't fit certain legal rules.

Works as expected!

Pros

Since it's a SaaS tool, it comes with all the benefits we expected from it. The support team responds quickly, scheduled maintenance is communicated and executed well and updates about product improvements are presented clearly.

Cons

The admin console is not really efficient as it lacks proper reports and KPIs for monitoring usage. Plus the existing version with members, reports and invoices feels quite limited to me.

Customer Support is always available!

Pros

The 24/7 support is amazing as they always follow up and make sure everything is understandable and easy to use.

Cons

Last minute updates are a hassle like if you delete a file after publishing, participants lose all the notes they added which makes things quite harder for us.

Fast performance but bit costly

Pros

I really like how quickly it works and how easy the interface is to use making it very user friendly.

Cons

Good pick if you're just starting out

Pros

flexible system with a great support team

Pros

It's very reliable and really customizable, thanks to Sherpaan. It's straightforward, no fluff and does exactly what it's supposed to. It connects with all the right tools, but honestly, what makes it stand out is the people behind it. They're skilled, always available and super helpful.

Cons

The user interface and overall experience feel outdated. It does the job but it's not exactly up to modern standards. That said, in an automated ecommerce setup, what really matters is reliability and it delivers on that. Still, having a more userfriendly, modern interface would be a nice upgrade. You can tweak a lot in the settings but a good chunk of the control stays with backend. That might actually be a good thing, but I do wish there was more room for self-service.

Sherpa works well as a CRM

Pros

The interface is very user friendly and easy to pick up. I had no trouble learning how to use it and it just makes sense right away.

Cons

It gets buggy sometimes and could use more attention to detail. A few polish fixes here and there would make a big difference.
