“User-friendly platform
Pros
The platform definitely lives up to its name, it's very easy to use. Our employees have given us great feedback and the adoption and engagement rates are through the roof.
Cons
Some features we thought were included right away turned out to be paid add-ons which was a bit of a surprise. Also the licensing process was kind of confusing and it ended up taking more work on our end than expected.

“Excellent customer support
Pros
Customer service is amazing! It's really easy to reach out for help and the platform's functionality is top-tier. I'm a big fan of features like the newsletter push/pull and the recent AI tools. The analytics dashboard is super detailed and really helpful too.
Cons
I feel like content governance could be improved. It'd be great to set custom intervals (like 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months) instead of just the default 6 months. Also it would be nice to have some more automated tools for managing site managers and owners.

“Customer service could be better
Pros
One thing I like about this software is that it's built on the Salesforce Digital Experience, so the security is solid. It also has cool features like a company org chart. But even though it's based on Salesforce, we couldn't get our own Salesforce data to show up on the Simpplr site. This meant that It ended up being just another platform our staff had to visit instead of being the all-in-one hub we hoped for which kind of hurt adoption.
Cons
It seems to focus mainly on larger companies with dedicated communications teams. As a small nonprofit, we felt that their implementation plan and onboarding support didn't really match our workflow. We juggle a lot of roles and their approach felt like they were rushing us to get things done just to tick it off their list.

“Very smooth & easy to use
Pros
I absolutely love how easy it is to use the BILL website. Everything is really simple and I didn't have to spend a ton of time figuring things out.
Cons
Honestly there's nothing I dislike about Simpplr.

“Great platform with an awesome UI
Pros
It really helps create a sense of belonging and brings our company culture together in one place. We use it for everything, important announcements, the latest news, quick links to other software, upcoming events, past meeting recordings and more! Navigating the platform is also very smooth process and it honestly feels like using an Apple product. If anyone asks about company events or anything related to work, I just search on Simpplr and boom, it's all there.
Cons
I haven't really thought about what I dislike but one thing is that our teams sometimes struggle to log into Simpplr's platform. It's usually no big deal though, our IT team sorts it out after a quick Slack message.

“Culture and resources make it stand out
Pros
It offers super easy-to-use tiles, blogs, pages and sites that help connect our company culture with learning and resources our employees need daily. It's our company's culture hub and the main platform everyone uses internally.
Cons
A lot of features aren't included in the basic package and the add-ons can get pretty expensive.

It's awesome to get insights into what other teams are working on, recognition for achievements, upcoming team events and success stories all in one place.
Cons
Sometimes I don't have time to create content myself but it's not a huge issue since other people can contribute to our team page.

I really like how It brings our whole organization together in one digital space. It allows us to celebrate our wins as a team and it's really easy to use too!
Cons
There's no live chat feature so if you need support, you can't get an instant answer which is a bit of a downside.

Pros
Navigating It is really simple and I've had to raise a support ticket before. The support team got back to me fast and knew exactly what they were doing. I felt like I was in good hands.
Cons
I haven't personally run into anything negative so far.

I can't download a report to see which users have viewed which pages or posts and that would definitely be helpful.
