“Great tool for managing our workflow
Pros
Sofy is a greta tool for managing our workflow. The live analytics are great and the drag and drop builder makes everything simple. My favorite parts are definitely the monitoring and the software testing management features.
Cons
In all the time I have been using it, I have not come across a single bug or glitch.

“incredibly user-friendly
Pros
This platform is incredibly user-friendly and really effective for our automation needs. It is packed with helpful tools for building mobile apps, including no-code development, performance management and both automated and performance testing.
Cons
We have not run into any real problems with the platform so far. It occasionally throws an error during automated testing but it's never anything serious.

“Excellent support saves time and money
Pros
Their customer support is excellent and always there when you need them. Using Sofy has saved us both time and money by simplifying how we create and automate test cases. Plus we love that the test suite lets us add individual cases and then run them all together in one go.
Cons
I feel like having access to more devices would be great, particularly for scheduled tests even though it does automatically retry if a device is busy.

“easy automation on real devices
Pros
It allowed us to run tests on our native and Flutter applications using real devices and easily automate a big part of our testing process for every new release.
Cons
The main drawback for us was the inability to split our tests into smaller, reusable modules, though to be fair none of the other tools we have seen offer that feature either.

“Allows no-code automation!!
Pros
Here is what I enjoy most about Sofy. Someone with no coding background can automate test cases. Also there is a huge variety of devices to check for compatibility and the continuous integration testing is solid and the detailed logs and templates make managing everything simple.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the simulator can be quite slow when running tests, which sometimes makes it feel a bit unresponsive.

“Provide a massive selection of smartphones
Pros
We really like the option to choose from a massive selection of Android and iOS smartphones for all of our testing needs.
Cons
It is always getting better, with updates that actually make sense for users. Plus I have seen some of my own suggestions get implemented and fixed.

“automate tests without writing code
Pros
The fact that we can automate tests without writing any code and have access to a range of real, live devices is a major advantage.
Cons
There are not any conditional loops available and you cannot really program it to handle unexpected scenarios or exceptions.

“Not an open-source platform
Pros
This does not apply to me as I did not find anything special about it. I was looking for a codeless automation tool and discovered TestProject, which is open source so I decided to evaluate that one instead.
Cons
It is not an open-source platform and there are other providers like TestProject that offer a similar service for free.

“Easy but feels incomplete
Pros
It is pretty easy to run and automate tests across a bunch of different devices at the same time.
Cons
The product did not feel fully complete and it seemed to me it was still in an active development phase.
