“Truly lives up to its name
Pros
Being neurodivergent and living with ADHD, Superhuman has completely turned my inbox into a game for me. Since emails are a huge part of my job from client communication to answering complex questions having Superhuman keeps my replies organized and crystal clear. It feels so rewarding every time I clear my inbox. Since I tend to forget things that are not right in front of me, the feature that lets me schedule emails to pop up later has been a lifesaver. Now I do not have to stress about missing client replies anymore. Plus I can see when coworkers are already handling emails, know when messages are read and even send internal reminders. Overall it has made our team workflow so much smoother and it is awesome to watch the difference it has made.
Cons
There are a few parts that take a little time to figure out and you have to dig around a little to really understand everything. Putting the main modules right up front might help newbies especially those who are not super tech-savvy. Also while I like Rahul's updates and tips, getting an email every single day feels a little too much.

“Made a big difference for me
Pros
My inbox went from being a chaotic mess to a calm and organized space thanks to Superhuman. Also it is pretty easy to set up, use and if you ever need help, their customer support is on it. When I stopped using it for a few months my Gmail turned into a complete disaster again.
Cons
I think it could definitely use some more advanced email options like, changing your signature and adjusting the formatting in Gmail is not the easiest thing right now.

Pros
The mix of quick keystrokes and AI tools makes it so much easier for me to find out what emails actually matter without wasting forever sorting through junk.
Cons
Well the AI assistant could definitely be stronger when it comes to searching and pulling up emails. Also I really love if it could help schedule meetings directly too.

“Perfect if you love shortcuts and hate clutter
Pros
Well the keyboard shortcuts are a total game changer for me. I cannot stand using a mouse, so being able to fly through emails just by tapping a key is amazing.
Cons
I am pretty used to the extra tools Outlook offers that it does not but it is not a huge deal. If I really need something like framed screenshots or highlighting I just open Outlook for that one email.

“Cleared out my inbox in 3 days
Pros
As a self-employed realtor my inbox is always flooded. When I first joined Superhuman I had over 250,000 unread emails. Within just three days I hit inbox zero and I have kept it up for six weeks straight. Plus the shortcuts make navigating a simple task and one of my favorite parts is using the AI to help draft or polish my email replies.
Cons
If you are using Yahoo, AOL or anything other than Gmail or Outlook, it won't work as it only supports those two providers right now.

“Finally feel in control of my emails
Pros
There is a lot I like, but what really stands out is how easily I can finally get through massive piles of emails something I never managed before.
Cons
Cons? At first I find it a little intimidating to use because of the layout and UX. But once I went through the tutorials it made everything way easier and less overwhelming.

“It is a must-have
Pros
After just two weeks it feels like something I cannot work without. With all the client calls I handle each week, the follow up reminders have made a huge difference. Having my calendar pop up when scheduling a meeting is insanely helpful too. But honestly the Read Statuses feature is the biggest win as I instantly know who is read my messages and can follow up perfectly. Setup was a simple task too and the onboarding emails made it easy to learn. In short it is a complete gamechanger for me from day one!
Cons
If you are not used to working with keyboard shortcuts, the learning curve can feel a little steep. Also sometimes when I copy paste from other places, the formatting does not always carry over properly.

“Got billed twice for $600, still no support
Pros
It did not work for me at all and to make it worse, they charged me $600. Even though they said they would not refund after a few days, they have not bothered to respond to any of my emails or even answer the phone number they gave to my AMEX.
Cons
I got zero service. Even checked my spam folder but supposedly they are managing my emails and I have not seen anything at all.

“Nothing beats this email experience
Pros
Superhuman lets me blast through emails like never before and with about six accounts for work, school, business and personal stuff, it has saved me a crazy amount of time. The AI is awesome too as it drafts responses that usually just need a little tweaking.
Cons
Well I have already shared this with their amazing support team but I really hope they work on adding a unified inbox soon. Outlook and Gmail already have it, and it is pretty much the only thing missing. I have referred a bunch of people and every single one has said the same thing, a unified inbox would make it perfect. So I would say keep killing it.

“Costs more, but delivers big time
Pros
The AI feature is honestly mind blowing as it writes perfectly polished emails for me in Polish which is not an easy language to handle. On top of that it is quite fast and professional email client.
Cons
The only catch is that it is very expensive which kind of restricts it to people like us who really rely on their inbox as a major productivity tool.

“Nothing else matches its speed for email
Pros
My favorite thing is being able to snooze emails from my phone and have them show up on my desktop later. Also it helps me keep the inbox clean and stay focused on what is important when I am back at my desk. Plus using keystrokes instead of a mouse saves me loads of time.
Cons
Sometimes the Chrome extension acts up. It will work perfectly on my phone but be a little slow or not load properly on my desktop once in a while but not often but it does happen.

“Clean inbox, clear mind
Pros
There is no faster way to get a clear inbox and a clear head than using Superhuman. Instead of getting stuck rereading the same emails over and over, it pushes me to either reply right away or defer them perfectly and getting back to a blank inbox just feels amazing.
Cons
I really wish they had better integrations with more CRMs and third party tools. That said they did recently roll out Salesforce integration, so I am hopeful they will add more soon.
