Pros

It has an amazing design which makes it easy for me to create surveys without needing advanced technical skills. I can just jump in and start building without any complicated setup.

Cons

I have noticed that the free version comes with some restrictions especially when it comes to the number of responses or certain features. It works but there are definitely limits that can affect how much I can do without upgrading.

Pros

I tried the free version and was really impressed with how easy it was to set up. The range of beautiful templates, the many customization options and the built-in analysis tools all stood out to me. It looks great on both mobile and desktop. I also found the survey examples and resources very helpful when getting started. Overall it was a completely pain-free experience.

Cons

Free version is actually great for quickly getting a survey out and sharing it on our intranet or with others. I can view the data, check the analysis and even take screenshots of the results. However I can't export the data unless I upgrade to a paid subscription. I understand that's fair for a free plan but it can still be limiting when I need proper exports.

Pros

My job requires a survey design tool that is secure, flexible and easy to use and it delivers exactly that. I also had a very good experience with customer support which made the whole process even better.

Cons

Sometimes I find the design of the piping or logic process a little confusing. It's not impossible to use but there are moments where I have to pause and figure out how everything connects.

I really enjoyed being able to customize my own questions. It gave me full control over how I wanted the survey to look and what I wanted to ask.

One thing I didn't like was not being able to access the full written answers. That made it harder for me to review detailed feedback the way I wanted to.

the real-time analytics and reporting features are good. Being able to see responses as they come in and access detailed reports with clear visualizations makes it much easier for me to analyze the data and quickly extract meaningful insights.

Cons

Although it does offer a free plan...it's quite limited in terms of features and overall functionality. Many of the advanced features and deeper customization options are locked behind the paid tiers. That can be a drawback especially if I am on a tight budget or if I want to fully explore everything before deciding to commit financially.
