Pros

What I really liked was how easy it was to use and how affordable it is. I was able to create my survey very quickly and did not have to pay anything to run it. That honestly gave me so much relief at the beginning of my journey because I didn't want extra expenses while just getting started.

Cons

To be honest the design is outdated...kind of like something from the 90s. It's probably not the prettiest platform out there. That said I also feel like I might not have fully explored all of its editing features so maybe I didn't make the most of what it offers.

Pros

I like how user friendly it is because I can easily create my own surveys without feeling confused. I have to use this platform for one of my classes and so far it has been very simple to use. Everything is smooth and easy to understand.

Cons

I wish I had access to more features without having to upgrade to a paid plan. It would also be great if I could add more than one picture to certain questions since that would make my surveys more dynamic and visually engaging.

What I liked most was the design-focused interface. It honestly feels more like I am building a visual presentation instead of just a plain, boring form. The drag-and-drop feature is very easy to use and I love that I can include large, high-quality images for both questions and answer choices. That really improves interactivity. It also looks great on mobile phones without needing any adjustments which is a big plus for me.

Some essential features like exporting results are heavily restricted behind a paywall. Even though the free version allows unlimited questions I hit a wall when I needed to properly analyze my data and export it to Excel or CSV. That part was definitely frustrating.

It was very easy and quick to set up which helped us move fast and test things quickly. We were able to launch without delays. I also liked how the data was presented in such a clean and readable way. It made reviewing the results simple and efficient.

There are not many options when it comes to creativity. My surveys look good and clean but they do end up looking pretty standard overall. I wish there were more ways to make them stand out visually.

At first, I tried using some other online survey tools but I was honestly disappointed because one of them only allowed 10 responses per month. That limitation did not work for me at all. So I searched on Google for a tool that would allow unlimited responses and that's when I found it. It turned out to be exactly what I needed. On top of that, it offers amazing free features and themes that I didn't see on other survey platforms.

Creating the survey was surprisingly fun....yes, actually fun. The interface is interactive and the flow of building the survey just made sense to me. I really appreciated the wide range of interaction types available because it made everything feel fresh and engaging. According to our users, the survey was not just successful, it was even entertaining. I also want to give huge credit to the support team. I did not get a faceless chatbot or automated replies. Instead, I spoke to a real person who was responsive, helpful and genuinely kind. That kind of support is rare. Honestly 10 out of 10, I would definitely reach out for help again.

Its honestly hard to point out anything major because we didn't face any real roadblocks. If I had to mention something small, I'd say I'd love a few more formatting options for answer scales. But that's really just me nitpicking because the overall experience was positive and now I just want even more features to play with.

I really like how nice and clean the interface looks. It was easy to get onboarded and start using right away. I was also able to share the survey with collaborators without any trouble. I especially appreciate the right-to-left capability for Hebrew which makes it much more accessible for our needs.

One thing I didn't like was that I could not put one question per page. All the questions were displayed on a single page which was not ideal for my setup. I also noticed there was not a force ranking or ranking question type available which would have been helpful.

There are so many different types of surveys I can create like single choice, multiple choice, rating scales and even picture selection questions. It gives me a lot of flexibility and helps me design the survey exactly the way I want.

I feel like the free version has too many limitations and on top of that, they only offer a monthly subscription plan. I would honestly be happy to pay for the service but I'd prefer if there was an option to pay per survey instead of committing to a monthly package.
