I just love how easy it is to use. Honestly I never thought saving time could be this simple!

Cons

One thing that bugs me is that it only works in Google Chrome. I wish it could run in other apps too, like ChatGPT or Asana. It's kind of limiting when I'm trying to use it across different tools I work with every day.

So far I really haven't come across anything that I dislike. It's been running smoothly for me and doing exactly what I need it to do. Fingers crossed it stays that way!

I'm a big fan of the convenience this tool brings to my daily routine. Having templates ready to go saves me so much time and mental energy. I don't have to rewrite the same stuff over and over again everything I need is just a click away.

I haven't found anything I'd complain about just yet. But if I do come across something that needs improvement, I'll definitely update my thoughts.

Nothing major to report here, it's been a very helpful tool. The only small thing I'd mention is maybe having the ability to trigger computer commands like Ctrl + W to close a Chrome tab but I totally get that might be tough to implement.

When I first started using it, I was confused about how the extra commands worked. But once I spent a bit of time with it, I realized it's actually pretty easy to learn and now I think those features are one of the best things about it.

It's very easy to set up those quick expanders and that's one of the things I enjoy most about using it.

The main downside for me is that it only works in a browser. I'd really love it if there was a desktop version too. That way, I could use it with even more of the apps I work with daily.

The one thing that's been a little annoying is that sometimes there's a delay when using shortcuts. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does, it can slow me down.

I had this one issue where a function just randomly stopped working. Our IT team couldn't figure it out either. So I emailed support and wow, they got back to me within a minute. They really cared about helping me out. I got to talk to Scott from the team and friendly and really helpful. He worked with me through every possible solution and got it fixed within two hours. Big shoutout to him for being so awesome!

My favorite thing is how I can paste my snippets into all sorts of web forms and emails. That feature is a total game changer for me.

I just wish the logic functions were a bit easier to understand. I'd love to be able to write more advanced stuff like if-then statements but right now I'm kind of stuck because I can't really figure it out.
