Pros
It easily handles complex and intricate scheduling. Also it is very adaptable for custom integrations and automatically prevents double-booking so I never have to manually track my appointments. The setup was simple too and it provides great value for the price.
Cons
Some features need extra configuration and we have to write template text manually. And when I compare prices with other tools that do similar jobs, it seems more expensive to me.

Pros
We can personalize our schedules, set up automatic reminders and use time-blocking to organize our day well. Plus the clean, simple layout makes it a pleasure to use and the app runs smoothly even on older phones and computers.
Cons
It is missing some advanced capabilities like calendar connections and links to other work apps which makes it less practical for professional settings. There are no team collaboration tools either so it is not ideal for group work or office scheduling. The lack of cloud saving or multi-device support also makes it tricky to manage our schedule across different gadgets.

Timerise provides a great booking system for our company. It is both highly adaptable and completely dependable. Also the software is simple to operate and works perfectly on both phones and desktop browsers.

“Cannot imagine working without it

I had not come across anything like it before but now I cannot imagine working without it. I only discovered it after getting frustrated with every other calendar tool I tried.
Cons
In my opinion multi-factor authentication is absolutely essential for a tool like this from the very beginning. Since it handles client names and sensitive appointment details, security should be a top development priority. It would also be helpful to have pre-built configurations for GraphQL integrations and maybe even a user community to share setups with proper security oversight, of course. While I primarily use it as a headless system, I would also love if it could function as a standard scheduling tool on its own to avoid switching between different apps.

The support team is incredibly responsive in building a tailored solution for us. They integrated custom emails and fields and resolved any technical problems quickly. The admin interface is also very easy to navigate.
Cons
Clients sometimes do not receive the email notifications and I miss having an overall calendar view to see everything at once.

The best feature is the flexibility as we can customize almost anything we need. But what really made me a loyal customer is the exceptional service I have received from day one. The dedication and support from Peter have been outstanding. This is exactly how you build a business that earns complete customer satisfaction.
Cons
Being a newer product, some features are not fully documented which can be challenging when we are trying to set things up independently. However any questions I have in the support chat get answered in seconds. Plus Peter is always incredibly helpful and clarifies everything perfectly.

We were up and running very quickly. There were a couple of features we needed that were not there at first but the team added them in no time. Our communication with the support staff has been excellent too.

“Perfect for managing seminar registrations
Pros
I run about a dozen seminars each year with 8 to 20 attendees. I needed a system that lets multiple people register for one event, prevents overbooking and allows customers to sign up for multiple spots. Timerise handles all of this perfectly. I can even show customers how many seats are still available. Plus the booking page is quick to set up and has a clean, modern look. It also offers creative control through its open-source code, though I have not used that feature yet. For me, the key is that it is simple to set up and works brilliantly. All my seminar details are displayed clearly on the landing page. Setting up the booking process is simple and my clients find it very easy to use as I have received great feedback. Also the ability to offer fixed time slots for one on one sessions is very important for me and it works flawlessly. And after booking a confirmation email is sent immediately and the customer must click to confirm their spot. The final confirmation email includes a direct link for the customer to independently view, change or cancel their booking. If a customer forgets to confirm within 10 minutes, the system cancels it automatically but I can still see the unconfirmed booking in my list and follow up if needed.
Cons
After a significant system update, my booking selections stopped appearing correctly on the main page. I reached out to support and they fixed the problem right away without requiring any action from me. They also gave me a clear explanation of what caused the issue. The service has been completely stable since then. I must say the support team is very attentive and resolves concerns immediately. And initially as a German user, characters like umlauts were not displaying properly in emails but the excellent support team reformatted everything for me and now they show up perfectly. Overall it's been ideal for my requirements ever since.

Cons

I was looking for a solution to make it easier for my clients to schedule time with me. After a quick setup, I now have a clear list of my available slots. This has made my workflow much smoother and I am no longer constantly interrupted by unscheduled calls.
Cons
One thing I will admit is that I need to spend more time learning it but I find some of the API commands challenging to use.
