“Smooth, easy-to-use platform
Pros
The platform's easy to figure out on your own and whenever I need help, the local account team is quick to respond. It all just runs smoothly.
Cons
You definitely get a high-quality platform and premium service with It, no doubt about that. But I do feel like the pricing could be a bit more affordable.

“Great way to get new ideas
Pros
Using TRIBE has been a game-changer for us. We've been able to get awesome content without hiring models or a whole production crew. It's given us fresh takes and unique stuff that works perfectly for both our organic posts and paid campaigns.
Cons
I just wish there was an option to limit submissions to only photos or videos and maybe only let new creators, who haven't been selected before, submit stuff. That would help keep things fresh.

“Solid platform to manage influencer collabs
Pros
What I really like is how easy it is to talk to influencers through Tribe. Plus the way the briefing process is laid out is simple thorough, so nothing gets missed.
Cons
There's a solid range of influencers to work with which is great. But I've found it kind of tough to run pro bono campaigns here, it's not the easiest thing to set up.

“Makes influencer campaigns quick
Pros
The best thing about It for me is that influencers can pitch their ideas before we even pick them for the campaign. I also love that I get to choose how much budget I want to put behind each campaign, it really helps keep everything under control money-wise.
Cons
I don't really have many complaints about It but if I had to point something out, the BCA process could be a bit quicker. Sometimes it just takes a while to get everything locked in.

Pros
I love the fact that you can browse and pick content without having to pay upfront. It gives you the freedom to only go with what actually fits.
Cons
I've noticed the influencer selection feels a little limited. Would be nice to have more variety to choose from.

“Super helpful tool!
Pros
Working with influencers usually means a lot of back and forth but this tool makes it easier. You just put out one brief and creators who are interested come to you, it saves a ton of time and effort.
Cons
It can get pricey. Content campaigns cost USD450 for each image you approve but the creator only gets USD150 out of that which seems unbalanced.

“Simple to use
Pros
I really like the variety of content we get through Tribe. Some of it looks very professional which works great for some of our Arla brands. Most of the time, the creators stick to the brief really well, too.
Cons
I'm not a big fan of waiting for talent to send in a concept before we approve them. I liked the old way better, it felt quicker and more direct. This new step kind of slows things down without adding much value.

The submission approval process is smooth and pretty simple. It's easy to review and pick what fits best.
Cons
The reporting on influencer reach feels kind of like guesswork. I'd love to see more reliable data there.

“4 years with tribe
Pros
It has definitely saved us time when it comes to finding the right influencers. It connects us with creators who are actually interested in working with our brand. We used to use The Blogger Programme but it didn't quite meet all our needs, Tribe's been much better for that.
Cons
Sometimes influencers don't send their content on time or what they submit isn't exactly what we expected, so there's a bit of back and forth to get things right. Also for beauty campaigns on TikTok, there aren't enough creators to choose from yet. I get that TikTok is still kind of new on Tribe but it's usually the same people applying. Some new faces and more diversity would really help.

“Really value the collab
Pros
This software has been awesome to work with. They're always thinking of ways to make things better and the team is very responsive and easy to talk to. I really appreciate how collaborative they are and how simple the whole platform is to use.
Cons
Honestly I don't have anything specific to complain about. I'm really happy with how things are going overall.
