It's been an efficient and reliable solution that I'd definitely recommend to others. The interface is really clean and simple which makes navigating through everything super easy. Setting it up was easy for me and all the features are clearly labeled so sending faxes is a simple process.

The interface feels clunky and isn't very user friendly for me which makes it hard to navigate efficiently.

For me the interface is confusing and setting up multiple users under one account doesn't make sense logically. Overall, this service is really hard to navigate and I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a better solution.

I've had an amazing experience with this cloud based E-Fax service. The convenience and security it provides are incredible. The platform feels very simple which makes sending and receiving faxes completely simple. What I really appreciate is how it complies with important regulations like HIPAA, gives me confidence that my sensitive documents are being handled safely.

I haven't run into any major issues yet but the fax sending speed could use some work when there are multiple files in the queue.

For me it is perfect how this E-fax portal lets me send and receive faxes from literally anywhere. The flexibility has been invaluable since I'm constantly on the move for work. Whether I'm at the office, home, or traveling, being able to access everything through such a user friendly interface makes my life so much easier.

Cons

As someone just getting started, I'd really appreciate if they could add a PDF editing feature, that would make things so much easier for me.
