“Love having all tools in one place , truly unmatched
Pros
We've been using it for over a year and absolutely love it. It's the perfect solution for a digital marketing agency, and it works great for many other industries as well. The fact that all the tools are in one place is invaluable and the system is highly customizable and white-label-friendly. One of the greatest benefits has been the dedicated support from our Vendasta account manager. We meet every week to discuss business opportunities and get guidance on the right direction. I would give it 11 stars out of 10 if I could!!
Cons
There are too many add ons that should be included in the base price. Integrations and reporting features should be more customizable.

“Unbeatable customer service
Pros
The new AI features are amazing. We re just beginning to explore these features. Social Media Marketing Pro is outstanding and by linking it to our customer's website posts, we effectively improve their Google Business Profile rankings, pushing them into the Google 3-Pack.
Cons
There is a lot to learn, but fortunately, we have the support of our Account Manager. She is very accessible and always willing to go above and beyond to help us!

“Not so very good
Pros
No complaints here! though they advertise a one-stop shop for vendor management, the vendors are disappointing, and the customer service is always available but rarely helpful.
Cons
The vendors/services offered are subpar. If you want to sell anything, it's better than nothing, but the quality is disappointing.

“A customizable application with great value
Pros
What I love most about the platform is the wide variety of tools and the customization options. But honestly, it's the people that make it stand out. SaaS on its own might not be impressive, but when you combine it with a great team, it transforms into a solution. Vendasta's account team, product specialists, and executives are always there to support their agency clients, which makes it my go to choice.
Cons
There are always new software features on the market that should be included on the platform.

“Like a Swiss Army knife
Pros
I love the way you can create engagement tools for different customers and offer various solutions tailored to each one.
Cons
The lack of educational materials for specific needs and discovery time hindered closing customers because it reduced time for consulting clients, driving need-based solutions, and building rapport.

“Impressive support
Pros
I have participated in training masterminds, bought software to manage my agency, and hired contractors and white-label providers. Vendasta brings it all together in one place.
Cons
The CRM needs more maturity, prospect scoring would be a valuable addition.

“Did not deliver what it promised
Pros
I no longer feel comfortable endorsing all of Vendasta's features, but their SEO vendors have done a great job fulfilling their promises, helping my clients rank on page one. That alone has nearly made the platform pay for itself, despite all the challenges I've faced.
Cons
Vendasta promises a lot, including marketing automation, white labeling, CRM, and task management. However it falls short in delivering on these promises. It's a marketing automation platform that doesn't automate much. I was recently told I can't embed their meeting booking tool into my webpages with HTML, and I can't automatically import leads from my native contact forms (Elementor) into their email marketing software. This means I will need to pay for additional tools like Mailchimp and Calendly to accomplish basic tasks that should be handled within Vendasta. I highly recommend checking out GoHighLevel, as it appears to be the software of choice for marketing automation. As for their white-label features, they are disappointing. Both of my experiences with their "white glove" team were terrible; they spent $1,150 to produce only $75 in revenue for my client. The next month, I spent $500 managing their Google Ads on my own and generated $2,775 in revenue. Their "social media posts" were awful, going against every single instruction I gave them. The posts (stock photos with generic captions) were so bad that they would have greatly embarrassed me if I delivered them to a client. Nobody should pay for it. I share these reviews to warn future agency owners and small businesses about my negative experience.

“Excellent software for your agency's growth
Pros
The level of help, support, resources and service offerings is unparalleled! I mainly use the tools to discover new services to offer and the sales decks that accompany them.
Cons
The only downside is the overwhelming amount to learn, which can cause "analysis paralysis" in figuring out where to start and what to do next. Having a helpful partner developer makes all the difference.
