“Exactly what I was looking for

Pros

It is pretty easy for my clients to figure out how to drop their feedback and thoughts on my videos without any confusion.

Cons

Every now and then the site takes a while to load. One weekend it actually went down completely right when I needed it most which was frustrating.

I really like that a bunch of people can leave comments at the exact second in the video they are referring to which makes collaboration a lot smoother.

Cons

Well I really wish I could just sketch or draw notes directly over the video to point things out more clearly.

Working with my team is much easier now as anyone can click directly on the screen or timeline to pinpoint what needs changing and when. Overall it saves a lot of time by reducing the hassle of going back and forth.

It would be great if there was a way to make guests leave their email when commenting as that way we could follow up or track feedback more easily.

Pros

Wipster is pretty user friendly. Plus I can send out links without needing people to log in and commenting right on the video itself is such a game changer!

Cons

Occasionally uploading can glitch out though it is not a regular thing. I have also noticed the older and beta versions should really be merged as it sounds like thats already in the works for later this year.

What I enjoy the most are the tools that make teamwork faster and less of a headache. As it really keeps things moving.

Cons

I think a dedicated desktop app would help a lot. And when clients and team members use different browsers things can get messy and inconsistent.

One thing that stands out to me with Wipster is how simple it is to send videos to clients and get their feedback directly on the timeline. Plus exporting all that into a PDF to share with our extended team is a huge bonus.

Cons

Honestly I have not run into any issues. As it fits well into my workflow and has been really helpful for our projects.
