The interface stays out of the way, making it easier for me to handle several documents simultaneously without slowing down.

Cons

The tool has limitations when it comes to structured workflows that require more than basic editing. I find that bulk operations, rule-based automation, and advanced formatting options are not its strongest features. It also lacks clearity when I work with complex PDFs containing graphic elements or layered data.

When I need to perform complex document manipulations, the software can be limiting. Advanced formatting, handling very large documents and highly automated tasks fall outside its core strengths. I also notice reduced performance when working with large or layered PDF files.

This software offers a wide range of tools for editing, converting, annotating and signing PDF files within a single interface. I find the interface simple and easy to use making tasks such as optical character recognition, form filling, document management and organization both efficient and easy.

Cons

One limitation is that advanced features, such as high-accuracy optical character recognition and enhanced automation, are only available with the higher-tier plans. I also find the application slightly slow when handling extremely large files and the collaboration features are not as powerful as those offered by cloud-based applications.

This is my go-to tool because it has one of the simplest and most interactive user interfaces I have used. I rely on it daily for PDF annotations to cross-check content before applying e-signatures. It also provides everything from basic to advanced PDF editing tools which helps me manage contract-related work efficiently.

Cons

I've noticed that border alignment is sometimes lost during the conversion process which causes some content from the original pages to be misplaced or omitted.

Pros

As a complete solution, I find this tool reliable, fast and smooth to use. It handles document management, batch processing, PDF annotations, e-signatures and PDF transcription very well. I also appreciate the responsive customer support and the ability to integrate it with other tools I use. It provides everything I need for document editing in one place.

Cons

Finding attachments can be frustrating because important tools are buried within submenus. I also think the toolbar layout could be improved, as having to click through multiple subtools every time slows down my work.

“Decent overall but can be improved”

Pros

The OCR performance has been excellent in my experience. Even with poorly scanned PDFs, I can consistently make them searchable or editable and that alone has been worth the price for me. I was also pleasantly surprised that the setup took only about five minutes.

Cons

The signature tool is too difficult to find in the software. I spent hours searching for it and since I use it regularly, I think it should be placed directly on the toolbar. I also find that the AI credits run out quickly and the AI cannot process larger documents without additional charges. The menu layout differs from other programs so I even had to watch an online tutorial to figure out how to use the "Save As" feature. In addition, iPad Pen support is fairly weak and I still need to rely on a separate app for that.

Pros

I use it for editing, collating, styling, formatting, inserting logos, redacting and securing PDFs. Having all the tools in one place makes it very convenient for combining reports, editing PDFs like DOCX files, adding elements and applying digital signatures. I also appreciate how easy it is to install and use and it integrates directly with MS Office and O365. Compared to free online tools, I feel much more confident about the security and privacy it provides.

Cons

Newly introduced AI feature still needs significant improvement in my opinion. I would like it to be less intrusive and provide more value by improving language, tone and formatting in a single step.

Pros

The design and layout of the application make navigation very easy for me. I can quickly access the most useful features through the Quick Tools section at the top of the screen. The Organize option lets me rearrange and shuffle pages effortlessly and I can also translate text into my target language which helps me understand documents more quickly.

Cons

Main issue I experienced was with the zoom feature. Whenever I zoomed in or out of a PDF, I noticed noticeable lag and the experience was not smooth. I also think extending the free trial period to 15 days would give users a better opportunity to evaluate the software.
