Horrible Cancellation

Pros

The service seems easier first, but it doesn’t do much else and what you can do in Google Drive for free using slides, spreadsheets, and things like that. It essentially takes your emails or information you want to share with the board and put into easy layout you can do on the same thing on the Google doc. Do not waste your money. They will not cancel your service even though it’s a subscription service they require you to do it in writing within 30 days. Something that they try to hide from you do not use this type of service. These are scam artist

Effective and Easy to Use software

Pros

For anyone running a startup and looking for a smooth way to prepare investor updates or board presentations, Zeck is a great solution. It simplifies everything and makes the process a lot more manageable.

Cons

The templates look good but it would be nice to have more flexibility to adjust them exactly as needed.

Total game changer

Pros

It has greatly improved our board meetings at Supportive Housing Communities. It streamlines deck creation, boosts engagement and allows us to focus on strategy rather than getting bogged down in reporting. The involvement from both our board and young professionals has increased significantly. I highly recommend it!

Cons

While it has been incredibly helpful for our board meetings, there are some areas for improvement. More customization options for design templates would be great to align better with our nonprofit's branding. It would also help if there were pre designed images for each section to make the content more visually appealing.

Incredible tool

Pros

Zeck has transformed how we approach board books and pre read materials. The platform allows our Board to focus on strategic discussions and spend quality time on key topics. Staff finds it easy to prepare and board members can engage with the materials well in advance. The support team is incredible, offering unmatched help and time whenever needed. Their dedication to assisting with implementation and board launches has been exceptional. I highly recommend this platform!

Cons

There are no downsides to it. The platform is continuously evolving and the development team listens closely to customer feedback. It is a game changer for us!

It saves a lot of time

Pros

After my admin assistant quit just before a board meeting, I was in need of a simple solution. Zeck was just the tool I needed, making the board docket process much easier. It offers the right balance of tools and simplicity for the board to get the necessary information without being overwhelmed.

Cons

Zeck is another tool we have integrated into our workflow. While it does not integrate with our archival system, this is not a major issue as we archive files separately.

Zeck hits it out of the park after some training

Pros

The onboarding team is fantastic, efficient, intelligent and empathetic. They have developed a great platform that is continuously improving. The product excels in user engagement and that is what truly sets it apart.

Cons

This tool is conceptually groundbreaking. Initially it felt unfamiliar and frustrating but once it clicked, it was very powerful. It is helpful to see your own work expressed in its format to understand its full potential.

Significant upgrade from the standard version

Pros

It's interface is super simple to navigate and their customer support is unparalleled. I can create new Zecks, share them with my team and make any necessary edits before publishing. Once published, the platform's analytics provide valuable insights that help steer discussions during meetings.

Cons

Once our team got the hang of using and navigating it, there were not many issues. It's designed to be easy to use and intuitive.

Exactly what we needed to keep our team connected between meetings

Pros

Zeck has an incredibly easy to use interface that I learned in just a few minutes. Now I can duplicate it with just one click, saving time when preparing for meetings.

Cons

The only thing I wish it had is a chat feature to communicate between organization members.

It has improved board preparation, efficiency, and engagement

Pros

This is userfriendly for both staff and board members. With regular updates and improvements, it remains easy to use for a variety of meetings, including leadership summits, marketing and donor relations. The support team is quick to respond whenever we need help.

Cons

There have been a few learning curves when it comes to getting access or editing items in it but overall, it has been easy to manage.

Simple and effective way to share board materials

Pros

Its user interface is simple and the customer support team responds quickly to any questions. We were able to start using it immediately and our board members were eager to adopt it. It is now part of our daily operations for board meetings and committee discussions.

Cons

The integration of external applications could be better. I mainly work with Microsoft products and there is no integration with them yet. However if you work with Google, the integration is excellent. Once integrated, it is very simple. I look forward to seeing future improvements in this area.

Transformed how our global NGO connects with stakeholders

Pros

Zeck is very interactive and easy to navigate for both stakeholders and employees. It saved management time by reducing the effort required to manage multiple boards and also our directors appreciate that it maximizes their time.

Cons

Zeck is still a new solution, so there are some features not yet available, but they are on the roadmap.

So effortless tool!

Pros

This platform is very userfriendly and has significantly simplified our board meeting prep. The ability to duplicate past Zecks makes things so much more easier and their customer service is outstanding!!!

Cons

Our board members have been slow to adopt Zeck and I wish PDFs could be displayed as images. It's a small issue though, as the process is easy enough to convert.

It has sparked more curiosity and engagement among board members

Pros

Zeck is intuitive and easy to use. Adding images, graphs, tables and other elements is simple and my board members love the platform. It's been a great way to �train� the board to review materials before meetings.

Cons

Migrating Zecks from one section of the site to another is a bit challenging. A drag-and-drop feature would make it easier to move Zecks around.
