Great tool, with some room for improvement

Pros

One of the best things that stands out to me about ZipTeams is its ability to break down calls step by step. After each call, the detailed insights help us pinpoint areas for improvement. Plus the AI driven analysis is especially useful for our sales team helping them identify strengths and fix weaknesses and really helps boost productivity and performance.

Cons

It is a great tool but I have faced a few issues that affect its performance. Such as the AI transcription is not always accurate which can be frustrating. And when I said Adda247, it transcribed it as Tata24. This can be a big problem especially when clarity is important. Also the AI has trouble understanding the Odia language, which results in incorrect transcriptions.

This tool helps with performance analysis

Pros

ZipTeams really helped us improve our performance. Plus it is reliable and easy to work with.

Cons

I feel like the UI needs improvement because it takes too long every time I try to generate a meeting link. Other than that everything is excellent.

Analyzes calls step by step

Pros

After a call ZipTeams gives detailed insights that help me understand what improvements I need to make. I can then implement those changes which makes it an amazing tool for anyone in sales.

Cons

Creating a meeting link takes a lot of time of mine and I feel like UI could definitely use some improvements. But everything else is great.

Improved my conversation skills

Pros

ZipTeams provides detailed scores for each call showing us where we are lacking so we can focus on improving those areas.

Cons

Sometimes the automatic call disconnects and the call does not land properly which causes issues for us.
