Pros

The price quality ratio is pretty good. There are a lot of contractors linked up here and they really seem interesting to us.

Cons

The representative for Belgium was terrible. The communication system is so outdated and impractical, Google Meet just doesn't cut it.

Pros

I can create projects quickly, link documents and choose subcontractors directly from the 12build database. Plus, you can add your own subcontractors too. Another cool feature is quote-sharing. It's really easy to reach out to the market and check if they're familiar with a project you're working on.

Cons

The messaging system can be inefficient sometimes. It'd be nice if it was easier to spot (or get a notification) when a subcontractor decides not to charge for a project.

It's very easy to grab the full history of price requests and quotes for our calculations.

Cons

Not all suppliers use it yet but it's definitely growing.

One big perk of this tool is that it has this massive database of companies you can ask for quotes from.

Cons

The costs of using 12build are way higher compared to just using something like WeTransfer or a similar DIY solution.

The database is huge, making it so easy to request quotes. Plus, you can access the website from anywhere, no software needed, just a browser.

When picking subcontractors, paying ones should be the first choice. Only after that should you choose your regular partners.

Searching is quick and easy. The database is up-to-date and I can find subcontractors close to the project in no time.

Cons

Honestly, there's not much. Sometimes the site gets a little overloaded and doesn't work as smoothly.

It's very convenient and the fact that you can message anyone easily makes things even better.

It takes forever for the request to actually go through.
