“Business Central with 4PS

Pros

Since it's built on a Microsoft product, it connects easily with other MS and M365 tools, covering most of our business needs.

Cons

There are some limits to how much I can customize the environment.

They did a great job delivering an ERP system that's specific to our industry, while also using the power of Microsoft to keep improving and innovating.

Cons

Managing upgrades during the early stages after we implemented it was tough and finding time to focus on new features was a challenge.

“A great construction software

Pros

It's very easy to use and has become really helpful for our company. We can have different subsidiaries using different modules but still keep the data consistent across all of them.

Cons

I wish I could tailor this system more like being able to upload more Excel templates instead of manually entering data in certain areas.

Pros

I love that I can use this software just like Excel. I highly recommend this one.

Cons

After an update, I have to reassign permissions to all of my employees. The reports are only by posting date and I can't get reports by document date. Plus, there's no live bank feed which is frustrating.

“All-in-one ERP for construction

Pros

The customization options are great and it's specifically made for construction.

Cons

We spend around three days working through the new permissions required. Sometimes, customizations get erased and there's no live connection to the bank. Not all features from standard BC are in 4PS construct like pro-forma invoices.

It gives us full visibility across the business, makes reporting easier and saves time for everyone. The product's versatility, along with Jet Reporting has been a real game-changer for us.

Cons

I've had some issues with the estimating feature, it's not as easy to use as I expected.

The system is customizable, so it fits our specific needs and covers most of our business processes.

Cons

The UI feels outdated. Not everyone in the construction industry is focused on building houses, yet many fields are related to houses. Some features aren't fully rolled out across the system.

Pros

I've been using this for nearly two years and love how customizable it is. I'm starting to use Dynamics NAV extensions and it's opening up the entire application. I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone, those extensions are amazing.

Cons

This one's tricky. If I'm being picky, there are some annoying differences between the full client and the web client but I'm sure they'll work on fixing that over time.

Pros

It's easy to set up and use, works well and integrates smoothly with Microsoft Office.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind except making sure the scoping document covers all the requirements.

It would be great to have more customization options, although I think it'll get easier with the "Extensions" feature in newer NAV versions.

I don't have anything to report, everything's been running smoothly with no crashes.
