Saves us a lot of time!

Pros

I would say this is probably the best solution when it comes to saving time and making things simple like having everything in one place whether youre in the office or out in the field through a really user friendly app makes a huge difference. Also have to give major props to their customer relationship management and support team.

Cons

The app does not have any major issues that I've noticed. Works really well overall.

Pros

It's incredibly easy to get the hang of. The system is so easy that you can get started without any lengthy training.

Cons

I'd prefer if the schedule layout was reversed with job sites listed on the right and the work details filled into each cell which is the opposite of how it works now.

Pros

Creating schedules is simple, accurate and efficient. It gives you a very clear, high-level view of everything.

Cons

It's simple to use with a cool, techy feel. The interface is great and our employees find it very easy to work with.

Cons

It should be quicker to assign an employee to multiple job sites without having to confirm it's not a mistake every single time.

Our teams were able to start using it right away. We love the custom features like automatically calculating travel expenses for our construction crews. Having a dedicated digital folder for each job site to track installed equipment serial numbers is an invaluable time-saver.

Cons

The calendar can be a bit tricky to manage sometimes.

Pros

It has made managing schedules much simpler and allows for instant communication with staff through their phones. It was very easy to set up and feels essential for growing and sustaining our business. Plus being able to export data to Excel is a huge help.

Cons

Task management feature for each job site could probably be simplified although we don't use it much right now.

Quick setup with great support

Pros

We were up and running very quickly. The support team is fantastic and really listens to our suggestions for new features.

Cons

There are a few tweaks needed for tasks, work orders and service reports. The logic doesn't always flow and we'd like to see integrated inventory tracking for materials used.

Love the flexible views and pricing

Pros

I love being able to view the schedule by project or by worker. The monthly payment model is also great because it saves us money when a worker is on leave.

Cons

It would be helpful if the system distinguished between "clients" and "job sites," as right now these two concepts are unfortunately merged together.

I really appreciate how everything is linked to specific job sites, the clear visuals and how easy it is to navigate. The ability to archive old schedules is also a great touch.

Pros

It's very easy to use and provides a clear overview of the schedule. The detailed site information, like addresses and who to contact on-site is especially helpful for our field staff.

Cons

Updates can be complicated for some smartphone users. It works perfectly on my PC but my phone can take up to five minutes to load a notification or a photo shared by a colleague.

Pros

The design is user-friendly and works well across all devices. I love being able to switch views to see the workload by employee or by project and the fact that I can plan ahead for up to six months is fantastic.

Cons

It's frustrating that some additional features which feel pretty basic for the construction industry (like travel time and mileage) come at an extra cost.
