Excellent software with outstanding support

Pros

The workflow from estimates to invoicing is smooth and I appreciate how well the scheduling features function. The support team has been fantastic whenever I've needed help.

Cons

Im missing proof of document receipt and automatic reminders. They aren't available yet, but I've heard they might be coming soon.

Best Business Management Solution

Pros

I appreciate how interactive this software feels...it adapts to different skill levels. Even team members who aren't tech-savvy can use it easily.

Cons

The front page feels restrictive. I wish I could add more details to all the project summary sheets.

Easy communication and user-friendly interface

Pros

I can pull up any job details instantly with just one click, which saves me a lot of time throughout the day.

Cons

The attachment feature could be smoother. Having to write a comment every time is annoying when I just want to drop in a file.

I love having everything centralized in one location. The front screen makes billing simple and makes it easy to pull up account details quickly.

Cons

Pros

The live map feature is fantastic. It shows exactly where all our jobs are pinned, with job details and direct links to projects.

Cons

Managing the stock list is frustrating, once I upload it, making edits is a headache, especially with a large product catalog.
