Pros
Attentive.ai platform is really simple and user-friendly. We have been working with a fantastic team here who always give helpful suggestions and respond quickly whenever we have questions. I am also a big fan of their new AI-powered sms recommendations!
Cons
If I had to pick something to improve, I guess it would be the cost but honestly, that's something you could say about any platform out there.

Pros
It makes it simple for us to gather customer info and share updates, promotions and campaigns with both new and existing customers. overall it has played a big part in our growth.
Cons
Attentive is a bit more expensive than some other options when it comes to per-text and per-image pricing but the extra features and functionality do help make up for it.

“easy tool with great analytics
Pros
The software is pretty easy to use and the interface is great. plus I I really like the performance analytics dashboard and how simple it is to manage customer segments and build personalized journeys for everyone.
Cons
I feel like the helpdesk integration could be stronger. Also it would be really useful if photos could be sent directly through email and if customer details were automatically attached to support tickets in the integration.
